Infection/ redémarrage du pc

Bonjour,
mon pc est infecté par des virus et des trojans de toute sorte: autorun, data, et d'autres..
il redémarre à chaque fois que je demande une installation de n'importe quel logiciel.
est ce que il ya un autre anti virus ou anti spaywear autre que AVG ou AVAST pour désinfedter sans formatter mon pc ?
merci pour l'aide.

bonjour

telecharge cela:util pour voir ce que peut etre l infection et agir ensuite.

installe le normallement comme tout autre programme dans c/programme/...............
clique sur do a scan and save a logfile, tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.
parfois alerte comme quoi, sans la fonction administrateur le rapport ne peut pas etre complet .
a ce moment relance hijack avec un clique droit sur le raccourci et executer en tant qu administrateur.

le programme hijack il faut l efectuer sur l ordi infecte sinon c est vraiment inutil.

si tu l as fait sur l ordi infecte.
passe cela, et colle le rapport.
pour voir télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
