URGENT prb de PC qui rame trop VIRUS?????

Bonjour,
Je suis commerçante et j'ai un gros problême sur mon PC . J'ai Windoz Vista et j'ai jusqu'à 8 mégas. J'ai MALWAREBITES ANTI-MALWARE...AVG anti-spyware...Ccleaner et avec mon opérateur j'ai FIREWALL. Lorsque je travaille sur mon ordi que ce soit sur internet ou non, mon PC rame à fond, souvent il se bloque et reste sur la page actuelle, il se bloque pas longtemps ou quelque fois ça peut durer un bon moment et franchement c'est trés agaçant, alors si quelqu'un peut m'aider trés rapidement car j'ai peur que mon PC se bloque vraiment et que je ne puisse rien faire. Un grand merci à la personne qui va m'aider.

    Double-clique sur le raccourci "navilog1" sur ton bureau.
    Appuie sur la lettre f de ton clavier puis sur la touche Entrée.
    Appuie sur une touche de ton clavier pour continuer...

    Tape 1, puis appuie sur la touche Entrée.
    Ainsi Navilog1 va effectuer la recherche des fichiers infectieux:

    /!\ NE PAS UTILISER L'OPTION 2, 3, 4 SANS AVIS /!\

    Patiente, cela peut prendre une dizaine de minutes...
    Navilog1 t'informera que la recherche est terminée :
    Appuie sur une touche pour afficher le rapport qu'il a généré.

    Le rapport sera sauvegardé dans le fichier suivant : "fixnavi.txt" à la racine
    du disque dur (ex : C:\fixnavi.txt).

    Poste le rapport généré.

    Pas facile de prendre un sujet en route mais je vais essayer.

    - Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

    - Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

    - Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

    - Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

    - Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

    Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

      Merci à toi de bien vouloir m'aider, mais je ne peux pas télécharger le lien que tu me donnes car je suis embêtée avec Free dowload Manager que j'ai essayé de désinstaller, mais en vain, et depuis je ne peux plus télécharger, comment faire.

      En tout cas je tire mon chapeau pour toute l'aide que tu m'as donnée, grace à toi mon ordi marche correctement, fini les crises de nerfs avec mon ordi qui ramait sans cesse. De toutes façons, si j'ai d'autres problèmes, ( j'espère pas tout de suite, croisons les doigts ), je te redemanderais conseils.

    défragmente ton pc, règle ton démarage, et passe dr web cureit sur ton système, c'est un scanner très bien qui ne nécessite pas d'installation sur ton système

    Bonjour,

    Eventuellement installez Glary Utilities et renseignez-vous sur son mode de fonctionnement avec un tutoriel. Il vous éliminera les dossiers en mémoires cache, etc. qui peuvent prendre de la mémoire pour rien.

    Télécharge d'abord cet outil qui va permettre de cibler l'infection si infection il y a:

    hijackthis

    Installe-le dans son dossier par défaut et lance-le.

    Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a Logfile".

    Copie/colle alors le rapport généré dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Je viens de faire l'option " do a system scan and save a loglife " sur hijacktis, mais tu me demande de faire un copie/ collé pour que tu vois, mais on ne peut pas faire de copié/collé, et plus c'est en anglais. Rapplle moi vite, mon ordi rame de plus en plus et 'ai peur qu'il se bloque complètement.

    Merci beaucoup de m'aider encore, mai tu me dis de désactiver l'UAC, je ne sais pas ce que c'est, il faudrait que tu me dise comment on désactive et ou je trouve UAC.
