Question

Bonjour,

J'ai cliqué sur ce lien et depuis j'ai des problèmes. J'ai vu qu'il fallait télécharger des logiciels et mettre des rapports. Mais avant, je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un peut m'asister.

Pour info, VundoFix n'est plus très efficace actuellement, MalwareBytes fait mieux le travail contre Vundo ;)
Mais on va voir ce que ça donne :)

Bonjour,


1) Télécharge hijackthis (logiciel de diagnostique) sur ton bureau :
HijackThis

Installe le, lance le et clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile". 
Fais un copier-coller du rapport entier sur le forum



2) Si Spybot est installé sur ton ordinateur, fais ceci pour désactiver le TeaTimer (sinon passe à la suite) :
Lance Spybot --> clique sur Mode => coche Mode avancé => Outils => Résident => décoche la case Résident Tea Timer



3) Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau : http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécute l'option R. 
- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.

Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 

--> Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

4) Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarre ton ordinateur 
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
• Choisis ton compte. 

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 

• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis !

Infection Vundo / Virtumonde

1) Affiche les fichiers et dossiers cachés …
Pour ce faire, tu vas dans un dossier, par ex. "Mes Images".
Ensuite, clique sur > Outils > Options des dossiers ...
clique sur l' onglet « Affichage » et ...
coche ---> Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
décoche > Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
décoche > Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d' exploitation (recommandé).
« Appliquer » et « OK ».

2) Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

· Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
· Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
· Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
· Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
· Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
· Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK
· Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-dessus, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

Le rapport de MalwareBytes indique "Delete on reboot" (effacé au redémarrage) pour certaines détections.
Est-ce que tu as bien redémarré ton PC quand MalwareBytes te l'a demandé ?

Sinon, refais un scan et redémarre aussitôt comme demandé, puis poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis

J ai redémarré mon pc après le scan mais il m'indiquait des messages de vérifirer avec ma disquette de démarrage windows 2000, si c était des fichiers qui appartenait à windows.

Il y a des restes d'infection, on va utiliser un dernier programme pour les supprimer.


/!\ A l'attention de ceux qui passent sur ce sujet /!\
Le logiciel qui suit n'est pas à utiliser à la légère ! Ne le faites que si un helpeur du forum qui connait cet outil vous l'a recommandé.


On va utiliser Combofix pour finir la désinfection. Attention, ce logiciel est très puissant, une mauvaise utilisation peut faire des dégâts...  Fais exactement ce qui suit : 

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !). Pour cela, fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " et tape C-Fix dans dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, puis choisis le Bureau comme destination et valide :  http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

!! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation : en effet , activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil ( voir planter le PC )...Tu les réactiveras donc après !!

---> Surtout, si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, dis le moi avant de poursuivre...

Ensuite : 
Double-clique sur C-Fix.exe (= combofix.exe ) . 

Appuie sur une touche pour démarrer le scan . 

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi ---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un moment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

J ai eu des messages d'erreurs de fichiers endommagés dans Windows. Qu'il faut que je fasses un scandisk mais quand je le scan, il ne veut pas.

Une petite vérification à faire :

Rends toi sur le site https://www.virustotal.com/gui/
Clique sur Parcourir, et navigue jusqu'au fichier suivant et valide : C:\WINNT\TEMP\OV51D8.EXE
Clique sur "Envoyer le fichier" : s'il a déjà été analysé, demande une nouvelle analyse.
Fais un copier/coller du rapport sur le forum.


Si tu ne trouves pas le fichier, fais ceci :

Menu Démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> Options des dossiers --> Affichage
Coche "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés", décoche "Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus", décoche "Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système", puis valide.

Tu pourras à nouveau masquer les fichiers cachés une fois la manipulation terminée, si tu le souhaites.

Fais ce qui suit stp :


Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau : http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe
Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer. 
Copie/colle le texte suivant dans le cadre « Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved » et clique sur Moveit :

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer. Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Très bien, ton ordinateur n'est plus infecté !

Avant de retourner surfer sur internet, il y a quelques petites choses que tu dois faire pour finir le nettoyage et améliorer sensiblement la sécurité de ton ordinateur, ça t'évitera peut-être de devoir revenir ici avec une nouvelle infection dans le futur ;)  Mais sache qu'aucun logiciel de sécurité ne te protègera à 100%, ce qui fait la différence, c'est ta vigilance lorsque tu télécharges ou installes quelque chose : pour en savoir plus, je t'invite à bien lire la page indiquée tout en bas de ce message (6).



1) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

- Anti-virus : 
Norton est lourd, cher, et malgré tout inefficace ! Je te conseille vivement de le supprimer et d’utiliser un antivirus plus efficace, par exemple Antivir
Pour supprimer Norton : Vide la quarantaine, puis désactive la protection résidente.
Ensuite, clique sur Menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> désinstalle tous les produits Norton et Symantec. Puis, utilise ceci pour supprimer les traces : Outil de désinstallation Norton
 
Si tu choisis Antivir gratuit, télécharge le ici.
Pour Antivir payant (20 € par an), c'est ici. Avantages par rapport à la version gratuite : mises à jour plus rapides, présence d'un web-guard, protection contre les spywares.

- Pare-feu :
Tu n’as apparemment aucun pare-feu : si tu le souhaites, tu peux en télécharger un vrai. En gratuit, les plus simples sont Kerio et surtout PC Tools Firewall. Tu peux t'aider des tuto suivants pour utiliser celui que tu choisiras : 
- Tutoriel PcTools
- Tutoriel Kerio
Note : si un message comme celui-ci apparaît lors de l'installation, clique sur Continuer.

- Anti-spyware :
Tu n'as apparemment pas d'anti-spyware actif : 
* Installe Spyware Blaster : il ne prend pas de mémoire, c'est juste un logiciel qui vaccine ton pc contre certaines infections. Il faut le mettre à jour manuellement, tous les 10 jours environ, et activer toutes les protections (« Enable all protection ») 
* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant.

- Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox 3 avec l’extension « AdBlockPlus ». Tu peux trouver des explications ici

- Internet Explorer n'est pas à jour, c'est une faille de sécurité.
Menu démarrer --> Windows update --> recherche et installe toutes les mises à jour importantes.
Si Internet Explorer n'y est pas, télécharge et installe IE 7 depuis ce lien : IE 7

- Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version.



2) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), fais "scan system only" et coche ces lignes (pas dangereuses mains inutiles) :

Si tu as bien mis à jour Adobe Reader comme je te l'ai recommandé, cette ligne devrait apparaitre, tu peux la cocher : O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe" 

Coche également toutes les lignes commençant par 016

Ensuite, clique sur "Fix checked" 



3) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : ToolsCleaner
Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer. 
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste.



4) Télécharge et installe CCleaner  (si ce n’est déjà fait) : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

Lance CCleaner
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).
