Bluesky FS2005MHI TV Issue (no sync)

Hello,
My parents bought a Bluesky FS2005MHI TV a few years ago.
The TV turns on correctly, but a black screen appears with "No Sync" written on it.
How do I access the "RESET MENU" or reset the TV?

I would first like to only use the DVD or my PC on the TV, but it's not working.
When connecting the DVD, there is still no sync, and when connecting just the video cable to composite, the screen says "incompatible signal..."

HELP ME I'M FREAKING OUT

    Hello, I bought this TV and I have the manual. Your question may seem silly, but did you properly indicate with the remote which output you wanted (DVD or PC or other)? If you have any questions, I have my manual available at my email address.

        Haf, I no longer have the TV or its manual; I sold it. Do you have the original remote control? I read on forums that universal remotes have a blocking code? Otherwise, I don't see why, as I didn't have this problem. Carrefour sells the brand; maybe they can connect you with their customer service.
