Hello, if this is the track I'm thinking of, it must be the first track from the TECHNO TRAVEL compilation. the cover was yellow, but I'm not sure if it's volume 2, definitely not 1. this track should be by Circus, who did the warm-up for the first opus of the compilation. to find this compilation, check on Priceminister or another site.
