Bonjour, je m'épuise depuis 2 jours pour eradiquer AntivirusVista2009...Sans succes apparent! Notamment le fait que je ne puisse pas supprimer manuellement les fichiers infectés ou responsables (style av2009.exe...) car Vista ne m'en donne pas les droits... Alors que je suis déclaré comme administrateur! Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Disponible sur mon poste à partir de 10h30...

Salut, déjà il faut desactiver L'UAC ... *va dans demarrer >>> panneau de configuration >> double-cliques sur l'icone " comptes utilisateurs " >>cliques sur " desactiver " et valide.

déroulez le menu Vista, Panneau de configuration, cliquez sur Comptes d'utilisateurs et protection des utilisateurs puis sur Comptes d'utilisateur. Cliquez sur la mention Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs. Cliquez une dernière fois sur Continuer pour confirmer. Décochez Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur, cliquez sur OK puis sur le bouton Redémarrer maintenant.

Télécharge SmitfraudFix : http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée

- Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse stp.

Salut Sherred, mais je crois qu'il est preferable d'avoir un rapport hijacthis avant de conseiller tel ou tel fix, non ?

Telecharges Navilog ici : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe *Enregistres le sur le bureau *fais 1 clic droit sur Navilog1.exe sur ton bureau et choisis " executer en tant qu'administrateur " *choisis la langue et clique sur ok *appuie sur une touche comme demandé *Le menu s'ouvre, choisis l'option1, puis entée... *laisses le travailler. *Un rapport fixnavi.txt sera généré, postes le ici * note : ( si tu ne trouves pas le rapport, il se trouve à la racine du disque

Si je lui ai demandé de passer navilog, c'est parcequ'il y a une infection "rogue" Spywareremover!, meme si il n'y a pas de certificat trouvé! Navilog ne fait pas que ça. Relance navilog1 et choisis l'option 2 ( nettoyage )... postes le rapport ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport hijackthis, stp.

Ok, redemarre ton pc en mode sans echec ( tapotes sur la touche F8 jusqu'a l'apparition d'un ecran sur fond noir, choisis mode sans echec + Entrée)... relances Smitfraudfix et choisis l'option2 ( nettoyage), un rapport sera généré, postes le , stp!

Ensuite pour celui qui pose des questions, si tu ne vois pas la difference entre le 1er hijackthis et le second, c'est surement que tu ne sais pas lire un rapport hijackthis !

Au fait, je ne sais pas si cela a son importance, mais je n'ai plus d'indice de la présence av2009: plus de shortcut sur le bureau, plus d'alerte ... Depuis le dernier reboot pour etre precis!

Relances Toolbar S&D et choisis l'option2 ( nettoyage) *Le menu et les icones vont a nouveau disparaitre... c'est normal *Le nettoyage va prendre quelques minutes, un rapport sera généré, postes le stp!

Télécharges ToolsCleaner2 sur ton bureau ici :http://pc-system.fr/ *Lances le et cliques sur recherche, laisses le chercher... * Cliques sur suppression pour finaliser * Cliques sur quitter pour obtenir le rapport TCleaner.txt et postes le.

* télécharges Mbam ici : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe * une fois mbam mis a jour, fais une analyse " rapide " de ton pc et postes le rapport stp !
