programme "favorit",je fais quoi

Question

Bonjour,

en faisant un ptit nettoyage de mon pc, dans la liste des programme je suis tombé sur "favorit". 

Apparement c'est pas un ami, j'ai suivi le début d'une méthode pour le supprimer, c'est à dire que j'ai fait un scan avec Navilog1 dont voici le rapport:

Hi,

Navilog1 option2

Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus et antispyware résident pour que Navilog1 puisse s'exécuter normalement.

Double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton Bureau.

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts.
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(Si ton PC ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau de manière à le retrouver.
Referme le Bloc-notes. Ton Bureau va réapparaître

PS : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Cliques en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tapes explorer et valides. Cela te fera apparaître ton Bureau

--> Poste le rapport de Navilog1 (contenu du fichier navi2.txt) en réponse et dis moi si tu constates des améliorations.

/!\Pense à ré-activer ton antivirus et antispyware résident avant de te reconnecter sur "la toile"./!\

Hi,

Désactive le « contrôle des comptes utilisateurs = UAC »
(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): Ne pas oublier !!
Désactiver l'UAC est nécessaire pour pouvoir faire fonctionner certains programmes sous Vista.
- Vas dans Démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

télécharge hijackthis
->  enregistre la cible sous .... "le bureau" 

-> Fais un double-clic sur "HJTInstall.exe" afin de lancer l'installation

-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept"

-> Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file"

-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

Hi,

-Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware
Malwarebyte

- Mets le à jour

---
- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur Rechercher

- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur Ok

- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur Ok Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.

- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection

- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.

Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

Hi,

> Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky : Kaspersky

N.B. : Le scan ne marche que sous Internet Explorer.

- Commence par connecter tout ton matériel de stockage à ton PC (clés USB, DD amovible...). Allume les si necessaire.

- Sous Démonstration en ligne, on t'explique la marche à suivre, et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner < Exécuter l'analyse en ligne >.

- On va te demander de télécharger un contrôle active x, accepte .

- Dans le menu < Choisissez la cible de l'analyse >, sélectionne < Poste de travail >. Le scan va commencer.

- Poste le rapport qui sera généré stp. (clique sur <enregistrer le rapport> puis sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau en choisissant "fichier texte (*.txt)" pour l'extension).
S'il y a un problème, assure toi que les contrôles active x sont bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien : clic ici

Rappel : le scan est à faire sous Internet Explorer
Tuto ici si problème

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
Pour le rapport Kaspersky il faut que tu choisisses "Afficher le rapport" puis que tu l'enregistres sur ton bureau sous forme de fichier texte (type de fichier "tous les fichiers").

Fais un scan en ligne BitDefender (uniquement sous Internet Explorer) : https://www.bitdefender.com/toolbox/

Poste le rapport complet ici quand ce sera terminé.

j'ai essayé sur bitdefender mais à chaque fois il dit que les mises à jour ont échouée et que du coup le scan sera probablement imprécis...

je comprend pas pourquoi ça marche pas.

Je vais peut être m'attirer les foudres mais bon.

Fait ceci STP.

Combofix. Attention, ce logiciel est très puissant, une mauvaise utilisation peut faire des dégâts...

Fais exactement ce qui suit :



Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) :
Fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix, choisis le bureau comme destination et valide :

!! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation (si jamais tu en as et que je ne les ai pas vu sur le rapport hijackthis....)

---> Surtout, si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, dis le moi avant de poursuivre...

Ensuite :

Double-clique sur C-Fix.exe (= combofix.exe ) .

Appuie sur une touche pour démarrer le scan .

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi ---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un moment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

Hi,

Fait ceci maintenant:

==>Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

==>Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

==>Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.

==>Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

==>Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports
( log.txt & info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Hi,

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : 

toolscleaner

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler 

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 

* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 

* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 

* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 

* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

- Aller dans le Menu Démarrer puis dans Programmes,
- Ensuite dans Accessoires et enfin dans Outils système,

- Sélectionner Créer un point de restauration,
- Cliquer sur Suivant,
- Entrer un nom pour le point de restauration : ce nom doit être assez évocateur,
- Cliquer sur Créer et le point de restauration se créé automatiquement.

Hi,

==>Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

==>Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

==>Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.

==>Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

==>Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports
( log.txt & info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Hi,

--> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau :
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau.

--> Choisit l'option 1

--> Le PC va redémarrer.

--> Après redémarrage, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

(Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)

Télécharges- FindyKill de Chiquitine29 :

->-Enregistres le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

-!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute applications en cours !!

( Si ton anti-virus s'affolle au moment de l'enregistrement ou de l'utilisation de l'outil , ignore l'alerte ...)

-> Cliques sur "-FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installe de l'outil . Ne touche surtout pas aux paramètres d'installation.


-Notes importantes :
* si tu as le prg Elibagla sur ton PC , supprimes le ( risque de conflit entre les deux outils ) .

--> Double cliques sur le raccourci " FindyKill " qui est sur ton bureau .

-->choisis l'option 1 ( recherche ) . Puis laisses travailler l'outil sans rien toucher ...

Une fois terminé, postes le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...

( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )

PS : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus

en fait quand je parlai de la liste des programmes je parlai de la liste qu'il y a dans ajout et suppression de programme.

Il y a un "favorit" et quand j'essai de le désinstaller ya une fenetre de commande noire qui s'ouvre et s'éteind aussitot...
