Bonjour,

Je tourne sur XP sp3, tout se passe très bien (étonnant non ? :p). mais depuis quelque temps, au bout d'un certain temps (genre environ 1 h), mon ordinateur est ralentit au maximum... du coup, impossible de faire quoi que se soit, même pas possible de l'éteindre normalement, je suis obligé de faire reset...

En anticipant le "plantage", j'ai pu voir dans le gestionnaire de tâches, que lorsque mon ordinateur est planté, il y a un processus : winlogon.exe, qui utilise 99% du processeur...

Voila donc la réponse a ce "plantage". Mais ce que je n'arrive pas a faire, c'est l'éviter...

Est ce un virus ? Est ce que quelqu'un pourrais me venir en aide ?

c'est bon sa remarche finalement, j'ai encore du faire un reset...
je dois envoyer un fichier sur virus total... quel fichier ?

J'ai mis a jour windows... j'ai fait tous ce que tu m'a dit, toujours le même probleme...
Vraiment, je ne sais plus quoi faire, si quelqu'un a une idée, je suis preneur !

une fois que tu auras tout nettoye en suivant le post 9 fais ceci pour verif

Télécharges MalwareByte's :
ici ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/mbam-setup.exe
ou ici : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

* Installes le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .
(NB : S'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharges le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/ )

* Potasses le tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

( cela dis, il est très simple d'utilisation ).

! Déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !

* Lances Malwarebyte's .

Fais un examen dit "complet" ( sélectionnes bien tous tes disks avant le scan ! ).

--> Laisses le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
--> à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
--> Vérifies que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis cliques sur " suppression " .Puis vides la quarantaine.....;

Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !

Postes le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date)
accompagné d'un nouveau rapport hijackthis pour analyse ...
