Pc infecté par un spyware

Bonjour,

Spyware doctor me détecte un spyware (found by browser defender risque moyen) que bien entendu il ne veut pas enlever. J'ai fait différents scans avec malawarebytes, spyboat s&d, a2, windows defender qui eux ne trouvent rien...
Je ne sais plus quoi faire...
