Est ce que mon PC et Clean ?

Bonjour,
j'ai essayé de scaner mon poste avec combofix mais a quand j'ai li le rapport j'ai remarque que des virus existe tjr .... je suis pas fort en informatique ,pour cela je vais posté le contenu de rapport pour savoir est ce que mon pc et tjr infecté ou les fichier etaient reparer a l'aide de combofix et si mon pc et infecté quel antivirus je vais utilisé :(
