Bonjour,

j'ai chope un virus que mon antivirus firewall n'arrive pas a nettoyer

je ne connait pas grand chose je suis debutant

si quelqu'un pouvait venir a mon secours car tout seul c la misere

meci d'avance pour vos reponse

ma configuration est vista

    Salut ^^:::

    *Télécharges et installes le logiciel HijackThis(prog de diagnostic ) :::

    *ici : ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/HJTInstall.exe
    ou ici : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe

    *Ensuite renomme l'icone sur le bureau en scan.exe ;)
    *Pour finir ouvre et click sur: "do you scan systeme and save log file" a la fin du scan poste le rapport ici :)

    télécharge le a partir du 2eme liens ..je viens d'essayer le premier il marche pas .. ensuite : installe le : "accepte".. et fait ce que j'ai demander..

    oui ! tu clike sur sa :: do you scan systeme and save log file a la fin le bloc note s'ouvre tu fait un copier coller de ce qu'il y a dedans et tu le poste ici ^^

    j'adore ta grosse écriture Ah ! euh oui alors des que le bloc note s'ouvre tu clike dessus et tu fait ctrl A (pour tout sélectionner) ensuite ctrl C (pour copier) et pour finir ctrl V sur le forum (pour coller)

    si t'y arrive pas sectionne tout et clique droit copier click droit coller,aussi simple que sa ..

    ps : merci a mon prof d'art plastique .. xD

    jojo courage .. / le bloc note s'ouvre . tu clique sur le bloc note (dedans) ensuite tu sélectionne tout en cliquant gauche de la sourit et en déplaçant la sourit de haut en bas ou bas en haut ! et après tu lâche tout le texte et sélectionner ! et la tu fait clike droit (dessus) "copier" ensuite tu revient "ici" et tu fait clike droit "coller"

    re (si je t'aide) bref je pense que ta une infection navipromo ou lop j"hésite sur une ligne .. :::

    Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

    - Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
    - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
    - Clique ensuite "activer ou desactiver le controle des comptes utilisateur
    -décoche la case met "ok" !

    Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 :

    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

    Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter

    en tant qu'administrateur".

    Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
    Laisse toi guider et patiente.
    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
    Referme le blocnote
    Le rapport fixnavi.txt
