wlm_ouvertures multiples page messagerie mail Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

Alors j'explique mon problème :
j'ai une messagerie hotmail, un compte wlm, lorsque j'ouvre mon wlm, je m'aperçoit que j'ai des messages (email) grâce à la petite enveloppe et si je clique dessus j'ai une centaine de pages mail qui s'ouvre en fille indienen sans que je ne puisse plus rien faire, cela bloque mon ordi!!!!
que faire?

ps : mon IE (puisque hotmail ouvre par le biais de IE) est la version 6.0.2900.2180 .... déjà peut être qu'une version 7 serait mieux!!! mais hélas je n'arrive pas à l'installer! j'ai toujors : Lorsque vous essayez d'installer Windows Internet Explorer 7, un message d'erreur s'affiche : « Internet Explorer 7 n'a pas pu être installé »
 comme message et même en essayant de faire ce qui est demandé ca ne fonctionne pas ! je ne comprend pas!

télécharge GenProc [http://www.alt-shift-return.org/Info/Fichiers/GenProc.zip sur ton bureau 

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Fais une analyse par HijackThis, comme ceci: 

1)- Avec connexion au Net en service, 
Télécharge la version finale de Hijackthis (Trend Secure) ==> HijackThis™ 2.0 .2 https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/29061.html ou 
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis
avec un installeur. Sur la page, choisis « Download HijackThis Installer » et enregistre-le sur le bureau. Tu dois voir une nouvelle icône « HJTInstall.exe » sur le bureau.


renomme le en "schpounz" par exemple....... 

2)- Installation : clic-droit sur l’ icône renomee ("schpounz" dans ce cas) présente sur ton bureau et choisis : "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" dans le menu déroulant qui s'affiche. 
- Ensuite, clic sur « Exécuter », puis sur « Install ». 
- Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept" 
- Le programme s’installe de lui-même dans un dossier dédié. 
- Par défaut, il s'installera en C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis 
- Et un raccourci pour lancer l’analyse apparaît sur le bureau. 

Note: Comme cette version est appelée à rester sur le PC, faire un clic-droit sur HJTInstall.exe > Propriétés > Onglet compatibilité > coche la case "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" en bas . 
- Cette solution pérennise le choix qui peut être obtenu de manière provisoire par « clic-droit sur l'icône de raccourci/Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur» dans le menu contextuel. 

3)Analyse : 
•-Important à faire en priorité si tu possèdes le logiciel Spybot S&D > Désactive le Tea Timer de Spybot en passant par les options de Spybot: il faut une fois dans le logiciel il faut aller dans le menu "Mode" => coche "Mode avancé" => "Outils"(en bas de page)=> "Résident" => et tu décoches cette case: "Résident Tea Timer" . 
- Tu ne dois plus voir l'icône du Tea Timer dans la barre de tâches (Systray près de l’horloge)! 

•-Arrête tous les programmes en cours et ferme toutes les fenêtres. 
•- Puis, double-clic sur le raccourci HJT créé sur le bureau, et clic sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile" pour lancer l'analyse. 
- À la fin du scan le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir sur le bureau 
- Tu fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu. 
- Et tu le postes sur le forum. 
- Il sera enregistré dans le dossier C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis, sous hijackthis.log.

* Double clic sur Lopxpsetup.exe pour lancer l'installation 
* Au menu, choisir l'option 1

Télécharges MsnCleaner.zip de ElPiedra :

Décompresses le sur ton bureau. (Cliques droit sur le fichier .zip puis "Extraire tout"). 

Démarrer en mode sans echec . 

/!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\ 

Comment aller en Mode sans échec : 
1) Redémarres ton ordi . 
2) Tapotes la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip" . 
3) Tu tapotes jusqu' à l'apparition de l'écran avec les options de démarrage . 
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec , et valides en tapant sur [Entrée] . 
5) Choisis ton compte habituel ( et pas Administrateur ). 
attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copies ou imprimes bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ... 

· Cliques sur MsnCleaner.exe pour le lancer. 
· Sous Language, cliques sur la petite flèche et choisis French. 
· Cliques sur le bouton Analyse. 
->Si l'outil trouve une infection, cliques sur le bouton Supprimer . 
· A la fin du scan un rapport va être créé. 

-> Redémarres ton PC ( mode normal ). 

Postes le rapport C:\MsnCleaner\MsnCleaner.txt dans ta prochaine réponse ...

alors j'ai un nouveau soucis!
je n'arrive pas à renter en mode sans échec!!!! (c'est nouveau, car j'y suis déjà allé à mainte et mainte reprise)

lorsque je choisi démarrage en mode sans échec j'ai un écran noir avec un cursur (du type underscore) qui clignote et le ventilateur de l'ordinateur qui tourne énormément vite et fort et rien d'autre ne se passe ! au bout de 54min je coupe l'ordinateur, comme rien ne se passe!!!
que faire?

---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau. 
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer. 
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. 
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. 
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) : 
* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc.... 
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage. 
* Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs tant de fois qu il en trouve a l analyse(Sauvegarde la base de registre).

par contre depuis la derniere manip (softtonic)
je me retrouve avec de nouveaux probleme!
je nai plus accès a msconfig ("windows ne trouve pas msconfig)
et je n'ai plus mes petits logiciels qui se lance au démarrage (dans la barre d'outil à droite)
du coup le démarrage du pc est tres rapid, mais mon anti virus ne s'active pas, mon acces à la tv nom plus (par ma carte tuner) bref tous les logiels qui doivent se lancer au demarrage

je suis désolé mais IE7 tjr non concluant (je ne peux même plus rentrer sur le navigateur IE par l'icone démarer internet explorer!)

alors,.... 1) je n'ai pas fais de restauration système , (je ne sais pas si celà servirai à grand chose,.... de mémoire je n'ai pas fait de point de sauvegarde, jamais!)

Comme je le disais dans mon post 45 :

dans msconfig je n'étais pas en demarrage normal ca viens peu etre de ca!

non car je suis ne demarrage selectif et tout marche impec.......

Au moment ou je suis venu exposer mon probleme (post1) ma restau systeme été coché, c'est au moment ou gen-hackman ma demandé d'executer une tache en mode sans echec (je n'arrivais pas à m'y connecter) que je l'ai décoché et ca a fonctionné!
depuis je l'ai laissé décoché, mais c'été le 18 ou 19 novembre! du coup je ne peux pas revenir avant.

donc quand tu ma posé la question je t'ai répondu ce qu'il en été à ce moment la.

de plus en reinstallant windows par dessus y a toujours moyen de recuperer les donnees , faire un formatage complet et reinstaller windows + les anciennes donnees........

Une réparation via le CD d'installation te permettra de ne perdre aucune donnée, j'ai bien dis reparation et pas installation

pour la réparation j'ai essayé hier soir, .... mais je crois que ca ne fonctioone pas!!!!!!!! encore un truc étrange

 je boot avec le cd d'origine windows xp, le programme d'installation inspecte la config, la je tombe sur le menu install ou reparation ou quitter le programme !
je choisi R pour réparer,.... et la j'ai une page msdos avec ecrit c:/windows!!!!

je tappe help, et j'ai une liste de commande msdos qui apparaisse mais en aucun cas le programme de réparation se lance!

je suis désolé mais je ne peux pas scanner avec nod32 au moment de lancer le scan (j'appuie sur start) et la nouvelle page de l'explorer s'ouvre (pour le scan) et se bloc,.... et plus rien!!!

non car si tu desactives les modules complementaires tu n auras plus d'activeX.....donc scan en ligne impossible

bon, alors si je n'ai pas écrit depuis hier 20:05, c'est parce qu'en fait j'ai retenté une réparation via CD de windows et le tuto que m'a fait parvenir feeldood1 (post74), alors je n'y arrivait pas auparavant c'est par ce que je ne faisait pas la bonne manip!
alors j'ai suivi le tuto à la lettre, arrivé à l'étape 9 ou 11 (parce qu'en fait je n'ai pas eu la fenêtre "option régional et linguistique", n'y "clé du produit"), il me restait plus qu' 1 minute et c'était sur "suppression des fichiers temporaires", (... en 3 mots la récupération été quasiment terminé, et tout c'été passé correctement jusque là!)
mais à ce moment la j'ai eu un écrant noir et l'ordi a redémarré?!
il et allé jusqu'a la page "microsoft windows xp" veuillez patienter... et la j'ai eu ecrant bleu avec des caractere ecrit en je ne sais quelle langue pendant une fraction de seconde et redémarrage en boucle!!!!!!!

donc il ne démarre plus du tout en mode normal..... la j'ai un gros soucis!
mais j'arrive tout de meme à le demarrer en mode sans echec

salut....:

 Affiche les fichiers et dossiers cachés … 
Pour ce faire, tu vas dans un dossier, par ex. "Mes Images". 
Ensuite, clique sur > Outils > Options des dossiers ... 
clique sur l' onglet « Affichage » et ... 
coche ---> Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés 
décoche > Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu 
décoche > Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d' exploitation (recommandé). 
« Appliquer » et « OK ». 


retourne dans C:\ et copies colles le contenu du fichier "boot.ini" sur le topic stp.....(sans le modifier)

petite question sur l'ordi en question qui a tout ces probleme, j'ai 3 partitions,

une partition c: avec windows xp
une partition d: avec des fichiers perso 
et une partition e: avec avec un dossier recover (c'été deja dans le pc quand je l'ai acheté neuf) et 3 fichuers factory.002, factory.003, et factory.PQUI


1° EST IL POSSILE DE FAIRE UNE NOUVELLE INTALL DE WINDOWS XP SUR LA PARTITION C/ EN FORMATANT JUSTE LE C/ ET EN NE TOUCHANT PAS AU D/°

2° SAIS TU CE QU'ES LE DOSSIER RECOVER

sinon.....non malheureusement si tu reformates avec recovery tu retrouvera ton pc tel que tu l as achete :

bon voila pour le moment je n'ai plus de pb, j'ai executé les fichiers factory.pqi préinstallé sur mon ordi......
du coup tout refonctionne, mais j'ai un max de mises a jour a faire et et remettre mon ordi comme bon me semble

ps : du coup j'ai pu installer la version 7 de IE ;)
