Hello,
I have a Panasonic DMC FX10 digital camera and currently nothing is working. When I turn it on, it says: TURN OFF AND TURN ON THE CAMERA AGAIN. I don't understand if it's a virus in the memory card or what. Even if I remove the card, it shows the same message. When it's on, the zoom does not come out to take pictures.

    In addition to the battery, a button cell (for date and time memory...), you remove everything for 24 hours.

    Don't try to understand,
    let's say that in your camera there is a crappy software that is almost designed to break down and get stuck.
    I'm bad-mouthing, but modern things are not made to last, that's for sure.

    If your problem is resolved, could you please let us know?
    replace the subject of the message with "Panasonic DMC FX10 error (resolved)"
    that way the next person will only have to read our conversation to solve their issue.
