To rejuvenate a Sim:
1) Simultaneously press "ctrl," "shift," and "c" ==> a bar appears at the top of the screen.
2) Type the code "agesimscheat on" (without quotes) in the bar
3) click on your Sim that needs rejuvenating
4) select "set age"
5) Click on the age you want to give them
/!\ they must have become a senior for the code to work and for them to become an adult
same for becoming a teenager, wait for them to become an adult before reverting them to teen
... etc
6) disable the code by typing "agesimscheat off" (without quotes)

Yes, me too. I would like to use it because my sim has become a senior and I want to change him back to an adult. But the code doesn't work for me. Can you help me please?

It's weird for me, but it worked... Are you sure you did everything you needed to and are you sure you're playing The Sims 2 and not The Sims 3 or 4?
