Hello,

because I can't find a lowrider, it's on PS2

    there's a lowrider in Los Santos parked near the garage where the guy customizes them! ;)

      Ok thanks I saw them but there are cars that are similar to a lowrider but they don't bounce.

      ^You have to go to the Los Santos neighborhood where there are lowriders but without hydraulics (jump), you need to go next to customize them.
