400 Bad Request with Firefox

Question

Hello,
With Firefox and not I.E, I can no longer connect to certain sites that are in my favorites... The message 400 - Bad Request appears, or I simply get a blank page (this happens particularly with forum URLs ending in htm...).
What should I do?

Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.17

Oh dear… I've tried so many things, uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and others, that I don't remember anymore. I think a complete uninstallation is necessary… But since it's been a while, I can't promise you anything.

But it turns out I have the same problem. The only solution I've found to access these sites is to clear the history. But I would still like to know if someone has a way to prevent this issue, as it is really annoying to have to constantly clear the history. Especially since I have to do it every time I want to check my messages. Anyway, what a hassle.

I managed to fix this issue with a small tweak, just disable the master password in Firefox's options and it works. For your information, it was version 3.6 of Firefox on Windows Vista.

So I'm bringing up the subject again, clearing the history is a good way to avoid this error, otherwise we type execute 'firefox -profilemanager' and create a new profile to see if it might not come from a firefox addon.
