Spyware ''alexa'' [Fermé]

Bonjour !
Qui pourrais m'aider à me débarrasser de ce maudit spyware que ad-aware & spybot ne peut détecté. Un scan gratuit m'a permi de savoir qui s'appel Alexa ''Toolbar'' sur PC tools avec le logiciel spyware doctor. À chaque fois que j'ouvre internet la page de search the web apparaît même si je vais dans option internet et que je l'a change pour une autre, elle reviens encore. J'ai aussi une toolbar bleu que je ne peux pas supprimé. À l'aide S.V.P.

Je peux vous conseiller le très bon anti-spyware gratuit "Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3"

Il détecte entre autres alexa et le détruit.

Il m'est arrivé exactement la même chose ce matin. Voilà comment je m'en suis débarassé. Tu vas sur panneaux de configuration. Clique sur ajout/supp de programmes. Normalement tu devrais avoir un programme intitulé "search Window" sans S, c'est là l'astuce. Ensuite tu supprimes en suivant la marche à suivre. ca a marché pour moi. Mais je sais que d'autres ont galéré.

Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de fichier ou dossier ''search window'' dans ajout et suppression de dossiers. J'ai fait une cherche dans tous mes fichers et dossiers et j'ai rien trouvé.

I have the same problem with Alexa Toolbar. I would like to know where I would find it running and how to delete it without reformatting my whole hard drive, which is alot of work. I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance,

Note quand même que c'est une Toolbar que tu as toi-même téléchargée, ...à l'insu de ton plein gré? :-}}}}

euh!. Niouws.... c'était utile tu crois de coller l'intégralité de la manip conseillée par Pestpatrol? tu crois que le lien que j'avais mis n'était pas suffisant et consultable? c'est vraiment de l'encombrement pour rien .. :-[

t'a pas besoin de logiciel mec,
va dans outils
option internet
va dans l'onglet avancé
et dans navigation , tu décoche la case:
activer les extensions tierce partie du navigateur
ensuite tu redémarre ton ordi
et tu change ta page de démarage
