To get the 5 items that Dr. F asks for, you need to complete 5 missions (service, games, etc.). And among the 5 missions, I'm sure there is kayaking, so if you already have all the items except the psychic paw and you haven't succeeded in kayaking, when you complete the kayaking challenge, he will definitely give you the psychic paw. For the other 4 missions, I'm not sure, but I believe you need to: give a wood stove to Denis, stargaze with Annie, succeed at kayaking with Marine, but I can't remember the rest... Sorry!
