Bonjour,
J'ai un souci depuis quelques jours, je suis tombé sur ce forum en cherchant mon erreur et en espérant que quelqun aurait une solution mais je n'ai rien trouvé.
Je m'explique donc, mais je précise toutefois que j'ai queques notions d'informatique, mais que c'est malgré tout assez limité.
J'ai donc un sony vaio FZ21E, j'en étais content jusque là mais il buggue parfois depuis quelques jours, et j'avais envie de le refaire tout propre, à savoir réinstaller le système complètement. Je ne sais pas si j'ai des virus ou autres mais j'imagine que ça lui ferait le plus grand bien.
J'ai donc voulu le refaire depuis la partition vaio et via le centre de réinstallation sony vaio mais cela ne marche pas, il me demande de créer pour commencer mes dvd de réinstallation mais bloque dès que je lance la procédure, il commence à graver mais rien ne se fait. J'ai bien utilisé un dvd +R mais ça ne fonctionne pas. J'ai appelé sony vaio, mais rien n'y a fait. Après m'être suffisament plaint, ils m'oint même envoyé les dvd de restauration, j'étais tout content que me problème soit résolu.
Mais voila, il lance bien le dvd au démarrage, me propose l'option, mais là, il me marque que le formatage se lance mais rien n'y fait, le pc s'arrête de refflechir mais rien ne se fait.
J'imagine donc que quelque chose bloque mon pc, j'imagine que j'ai un souci, plus logiciel que matériel mais je ne m'y retrouve pas.
Je n'ai pas trop saisi la nuance du CHKDSK, ce à quoi ça sert, je me demande pourquoi il n'arrive pas à formater mon disque dur, en lançant depuis le dvd de restauration, je suis bien en admin non?
Je reposte mon souci ici, je l'avais mis au préalable dans le forum windows, mais je me dis que j'ai peut être un soucxi de sécurité, car même si cela n'est pas forcément gênant, j'ai https://andrewmelcher.com/ qui s'affiche comme page d démarrage et que je ne peux pas enlever.
voila, quelqun pourrait il m'aider en se mettant à mon niveau s'il vous plait? Je lui en serait infiniment reconnaissant

bonjour, as tu fais des analyse pour voir si tu m'aurais pas une salopperie sur le pc si tu peux mettre un hijackthis possible que on y trouverais quelque chose, sinon de souvenir pour le restaurer en configuration usine il faut au démarrage appuyer sur F10 ou F11 sans discontinuer " 1 appuis seconde "

.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

bonjour, tu passes dans un premier temps toolbar S&D dans les deux option et puis tu postes les rapports et puis tu continuras avec malwarebytes en mode sans echec

Lances l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
Sélectionnes la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
Postes le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)
Suppression
Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.
NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."

. enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. Une fois la mise à jour terminée,fermes Malwarebytes
. redemarres en mode sans échec pour savoir comment au cas ou tu ne saurrais pas regarde plus bas
. une fois en mode sans echec tu double-cliques sur l'icône de malwarebytes
. une fois ouvert rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

. une fois redémarré en mode normal double-cliques sur malwarebytes
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log

. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

Lances l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
Sélectionnes la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
Postes le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)
Suppression
Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.
NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide.

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
. enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. Une fois la mise à jour terminée,fermes Malwarebytes
. redemarres en mode sans échec pour savoir comment au cas ou tu ne saurrais pas regarde plus bas
. une fois en mode sans echec tu double-cliques sur l'icône de malwarebytes
. une fois ouvert rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

Voila je pense avoir terminé.
Mais les cracks qui sont marqués, je ne les ai pas, ce sont des choses que j'avais téléchargé mais qui sont effacés.
as tu toujours le même problème, coté infection malwarebytes à bien bossé, consernant tes cracks si ils sont sur le rapport c'est qu'ils sont sur le pc
en fait j'ai refait l'analyse ensuite et je n'ai plus rien, j'ai effacé des liens qui étaient toujorus présents.

des fois le formatage peux durer assez longtemps, sinon pour la page de démarrage de IE tu ouvres IE et puis tu affiches une page celle que tu veux mettre en page d'acceuil tu vas dans outils, options internet, onglet genéral et la tu cliques sur page actuel . Sinon sur cette page tu y mets l'adresse du site que tu veux avoir au démarrage

Alors en fait le formatage je le fais depuis le dvd de restauration, l'ennui c'est qu'il me met formatage en cours mais que le voyant s'arrête complètement de s'allumer et de clignoter, il reste éteint, en clair, l'ordinateur ne fait plus rien.
Sinon pour la page de démarage, je connais l'endroit ou la mettre, je l'avais fait, mais en fait à chaque redemarage, il me remet lookanddiscover.com
Sinon une petite question si tu t'y connais aussi. Quand j'essaye de remarrer mon ordinateur en vérifiant mon disque dur j'ai ce message " impossible d'ouvrir le système en accès direct". Tu ne crois pas que ça viendrait de ça mon souci?

Sinon pour la page de démarage, je connais l'endroit ou la mettre, je l'avais fait, mais en fait à chaque redemarage, il me remet lookanddiscover.com
Sinon une petite question si tu t'y connais aussi. Quand j'essaye de remarrer mon ordinateur en vérifiant mon disque dur j'ai ce message " impossible d'ouvrir le système en accès direct". Tu ne crois pas que ça viendrait de ça mon souci?

.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner
