Hello

What is the difference between a CD and "import CD"? If the latter is cheaper, why buy the former??? Price difference of 1 to 2.5!

No, no, I'm definitely talking about a purchase! (at FNAC)

ouisa well I don't really see if it's the quality but for personal use, I recommend the cheaper ones. -- thank you for your help.

A lower quality on an imported CD? Listening quality? It's digital, right???
Packaging quality (sleeve)?
It's still compatible with a French hi-fi system, isn't it? ;=)

If it's sold at Fnac, you're sure your HiFi will take it, and yes, I was talking about the quality of the CD and not the packaging lol. It can happen that, for example, on 1 CD out of 20, one copy is defective, but as I told you, given the price, just get the cheapest one :) -- thank you for your help

Oh, okay, but I'm talking about original music CDs that have already been recorded, that's why I don't understand the price difference... If anyone knows, help!

ah ok. Well, that's even more mysterious. Surely a tax pocketed along the way by the French state and in that case, don't hesitate, go for the cheapest one :) -- thank you for your help.

Does anyone know? I'm talking about original music CDs: why is an imported CD cheaper than a "France" CD???
