CD Player Issue - USB Tamashi DXB16R

Hello, I have a problem with my Tamashi USB CD player. I can get the radio to work, but I can't get the CD and USB to work. The CD spins very fast but there is no sound, even though I've turned the volume up to the maximum, but nothing happens; it says 'no disc'. The same goes for the USB; there is a small red light on my USB stick indicating that it’s working well, but my player won’t read anything and shows 'no disc'.
Can you enlighten me?

    it would be your radio that has a problem
    not your CD player or your USB stick

    what kind of radio is it???

    CD-R /RW, MP3-CD, audio CD / WMA

    with which CD format does the player "go crazy"???
    with a standard commercial audio CD, in CDA???

    Yes, that's exactly the one. I've tried everything like CDs, especially the mp3s, and they're brand new.
