Write FRANCE in uppercase in Word

Hello,
Type your word France, then go back (big arrow at the top right) and then 2 choices:
1/ by deleting while keeping the last letter, you will see a small blue rectangle, type the word again and it will stay as you want. But the next time, in the same document, you will have to repeat this operation.
2/ delete (with the back arrow) the letters until the small blue rectangle appears under the 1st letter. Click on this blue rectangle, and choose the option "Stop automatic lowercase formatting"
