Hello,
I just purchased Chessmaster 11 and I'm unable to finish a ranked game as the software freezes (however, all other functions work fine). I updated my drivers as recommended and installed Chessmaster on a partition other than C. Does anyone have any ideas? And of course, the Ubisoft server seems to have a problem as I can't create an account to ask my question to customer service.
If anyone has any suggestions

I found a solution:
- Launch the game and start a session
- Open the task manager (ctrl-alt-del)
- In the processes, select game.exe -> right-click -> set affinity -> select only CPU0
- Do the same for the_king350.exe
The game bugs due to multi-core CPUs.

Same problem for me... it's been two weeks since I have chessmaster XI: in rated games, after two or three games, the timer stops, the screen is frozen! :-(( The CPU usage of game.exe is at 99%. In short, there's nothing left to do but kill the process.
Too bad.. and creating a ubisoft account is a hassle... I'm disappointed... too bad because the interface is really beautiful and there are many interesting things in this software.
So Ubisoft, when is a patch coming ????

Hello, I also have a question: I just acquired Chessmaster 11th edition. I tested it with a friend's CD-ROM, but the installation of the new one gets stuck because of pseudo files remaining on the computer^^ I've deleted everything, but when I insert the new game again, the error message still appears: error 1638, files are already installed on this computer...
Please, if anyone knows how to find those damned files, could you let me know because the game is brand new... Thanks in advance and take care!
