Gros Soucis PC après Win32 Bagle

Bonjour

A ) HISTORIQUE

Mon PC de bureau, équipé Window Visa, a été contaminé par Win 32 Bagle fg
D abord cela s est manifesté par l’écran bleu
Puis impossible de se connecter à internet
Antivirus bloqué
Et UC occupé à 70 % !

J’ai réussi à démarrer en mode sans échec et installer Malwarebytes et Spyware Terminator
Qui ont donc Win 32 bagle fg un peu partout

J’ai donc commencé par suivre les explications sur les forums
En particulier celui-ci

J’ai donc utiliser Eligabla
Puis Combofix et Malwarebytes

Aussi bien en mode normal qu en mode sans échec

J’ai aussi à un moment utiliser KillBox
Pour le fichier suivant
C:\windows\system32\hldrr.exe
Car j avais constamment au rédémarrage en mode normal Bagle fg présent dans C:\windows\system32\drivers\hldrr.exe

Précisons ici que je n’avais plus accès à la fonction Restauration du système
Avec ce message : la page de propriété comporte une erreur imprévue : (0x080042308) Fermez la page de propriété et recommencez


B)ETAT ACTUEL

Que ce soit en mode normal ou sans échec plus aucune trace nulle part de Bagle avec les scan des différents outils
J’ai réussi à installer Antivir pour scanner mon PC et rien non plus

Alors peut-être que le mal est éradiqué mais cela reste à confirmer par un spécialiste

TOUTEFOIS :
- Impossible toujours de se connecteur à internet…disons que mon PC est correctement connecté à la borne ADSL (la connexion n est pas défaillant) mais impossible d ouvrir IExplorer
- toujours impossible d accéder à la fonction Restauration du système (idem message précédent)
- et bien sur mon antivirus McAffee est toujours HS
- et le PC semble ramer un peu
Donc la situation n est pas brillante

J’imagine que certains éléments du registre ont été modifiés par Bagle et même si ce dernier semble éradiqué les fichiers modifiés eux sont HS ?

Je peux aussi vous remettre si besoin les rapport PCA sécurité et Combofix.

Que dois-je faire désormais pour retrouver un PC en bon état de fonctionnement ?

impossible à supprimer ?

Sinon, window update a fonctionné pour certaine mises à jour mais refuse le téléchargement du pack service 1
il s arrête au milei avec le message d erreur

Je n'utilise pas 2 antivirus : le mien est grillé par Bagle et j'ai du en résinstaller un autre
Le parefeu Windows a aussi été désactivié par Bagle : je viens de le réinitialiser

Voici la situation

L’antivirus gratuit Antivir que j’ai installé en attendant de pouvoir réinstaller le payant Mac Affe précédemment sur mon PC m indique

A ce propose je constate un nouveau programme Crawler Toolba, je ne sais pas d ou il vient mais j ai des messages Crawler Toolbar a cessé de fonctionner

La connexion est rétablie
MAIS je ne peux toujours pas ouvrir IExplorer et naviguer directement
Quand je lance IEplorer à partir du logo j ai une fenêtre blanche puis message IE ne répond pas

En revanche, dès que j’utilise CCleaner par exemple et que je fais mises à jour disponibles, il m’ouvre bien le site CCleaner dans Explorer !
Du coup en gardant cette fenêtre ouverte et en changeant URL je peux naviguer
J’en ai profité pour essayer les antivirus en ligne
Impossible de les installer et d y arriver
Idem pour téléchargement de la mise à jour Windows : impossible …Commence puis erreur Code 80070002

3° Malwarebytes et Spyterminator et Elibagle
Eux ne trouvent rien
Notez qu Elibagle a un accès refusé à pas mal de fichiers

4° je n’ai toujours pas accès à Restauration du système
Avec toujours message d erreur 0x80042308

5° je constate dans Programmes Files que j’ai un dossier appelé Bonjour qui serait de Apple
Avec un exe mDNSResponder.exe

1° J ai désinstallé Spybot Search car impossible à ouvrir (appli Win32é pas valide)
2° J ai tout désinstallé, google et crawler toolbar et MacAfee
3° Bonne nouvelle IExplorer fonctionne de nouveau !
4° Mais pas Windowds Update (toujours même message erreur) ...Que dois je faire ?
5° Et pas non plus accès à la fonction restauration du système...Que dois je fair ?

ne laisse pas deux antivirus sur la machine

màj de ton pc, analyse avec :
www.secunia.com

il me semble que tu n'as pas de pare feu , je te conseille comodo free (compatible vista)

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration.
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
- Clique sur Continuer.
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

Telecharge maintenant FindyKill sur ton bureau :

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

--> Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

--> Choisi executer en tant qu administrateur

--> Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

--> Post le rapport FindyKill.txt

Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

--> Fais clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

--> Choisi executer en tant qu administrateur

--> Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)

/!\ il y aura 2 redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

-------> ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt

Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

/!\ Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides) /!\

j'ai eu le même souci récemment, antivir et spybot m'ont nettoyé le pc
màj et scan complet répété
