Bonjour à tous et merci pour votre aide ,

depuis plusieurs semaines antivir me détecte un fichier : A0021323.exe contenant un virus ou un trojan , je sais plus.

comment résoudre ce problème ?

si vous pouvez m'aider ...

j'ai esssayé en mode sans echec mais ça ne change rien .

va sur quaranataine
supprime tout

Désactive et réactive ta restauration system :

(1) Désactiver la Restauration du système

cliques sur Démarrer
Cliques droit sur Poste de travail
cliques sur Propriétés
Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
Coches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
cliques sur Oui.
Cliques sur OK.

(2) Activer la Restauration du système

cliques sur Démarrer
Cliques droit sur Poste de travail
cliques sur Propriétés
Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
Décoches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
cliques sur Oui.
Cliques sur OK.

ensuite verifie avec antivir si t as un rapport il est le bienvenu

merci pour tes conseils chiquitine .

j'ai effectué les modifications que tu me demandais sur la restauration systeme.

je t'envoies le rapport d'antivir dès que je peux

saches que j'ai 1 dd ide (c:) , 1 dd sata (d: sauvegarde)

2 dd en réseau partitionnés en 3 dd sur mon netgear sc101

tout semble aller pour le mieux dans le meilleur des mondes ....

hijackthis est toujours là, prèt à servir en cas de besoin.

et j'ai tout fait : fichiers et base de registres

j'ai exploré toutes les fonctions de ccleaner
