PHP / Photo Insertion-restitution Bdd

Bonjour,
j'arrive parfaitement a stocker des images dans ma Bdd mais j'ai un souci concernant la restitution de celles-ci dans une page php.
grace a un formulaire, j'upload sur ma bdd photos, textes, infos.
grace a un autre formulaire de recherche, je restitue toutes les infos concernant l'ID 63 par exemple.
les infos texte sont sur la meme table mais la photo sur une autre. Voyez et dites moi comment je dois procéder pour récuper tout ceci sur la meme page .

j'ai une requete dans la requete en fait ! ca pose probleme non !! ? je débute alors je ne suis pas tres bon excusez moi.

De plus lorsque j'affiche ma page, tout plante ! impossible donc d'afficher ma page avec la photo :s
