Bonjour,
Bonjour, besoin daide car mon pc est tres lent a louverture des programmes a la fermeture les pages aussi sont longues a souvrir jai defragmenter le disque dur fait analyse avec ad aware spybot nod 32 rien de special je poste mon rapport

tien regardons avec cela.
Telecharges malwares bytes anti malwares :

fais comme indique,mise a jour , scan complet en mode sans echec et les rapports.
garde le et lance un scan tout les mois comme indique.
si tu as ad aware tu peux desinstalle car il ne reconnait plus grand chose.

a priori pas d infection donc ton probleme ne serait pas du a cela.
1)tu n as pas de vrai pare feu(pare feu windows dela merde en boite)
pare-feu gratuits:regle un seul pare feu sur un ordi.telecharge un des suivants ensuite deconnecte toi.
puis desactive le pare feu windows(aller dans le centre de securite puis pare feu windows et la desactive le)
puis installe celui de ton choix.
je te conseille un des 2(en anglais mais simple avec le tuto qui est donne)
