Comment virer virus remover 2008

Bonjour,
je crois avoir recuperer le virus en ayant cliqué sur une vidéo type webmediaplayer...
j'ai windows vista, mc afee (qui ne trouve rien lors de son scan)
je vien de faire un rapport hijackthis (comme indiqué dans plusieurs tutoriels)
j'ai renommé hijackthis. pendant le scan j'ai eu un message d'info:

"for some reason your systeme deniedwrite access to te host file. if any hijacked domains are in this file, hijackthis NOT be able to fix this.
if that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. to do this, click start, run and type:
notepadC:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
and press enter. find the line(s) hijackthis reports and delete them.
save the file as "hosts". (with quotes), and reboot.

for vista: simply, exit hijckthis, right click on the hijackthis icon choose "run as administrator".

j'ai cliqué sur ok puis il a fini son scan que je vous envoie
