Probleme Qt

Bonjour, alors voila mon problème est simple je pense mais je n'arrive pas a trouver d'où il peut venir. Quand je lance
Qt 4.4.3 build debug librairie voila ce qu'il m'affiche

Setting up a MinGW/Qt only environment...

ou externe, un programme exécutable ou un fichier de commandes.

Si vous pouviez m'aider la dedans merci
J'utilise visual C++ 6.0 avec MSDN library.
Si vous avez des conseil comment compiler Qt dans C++ ca m'aiderai. Tous conseils sont bienvenue. Merci de votre aide
