How to open ports 7000-7999 for AoC

Hello,
Following latency issues in Age of Conan, and after having my setup checked by Funcom (it seems that my PC is completely within the playable configuration), they informed me that I need to open ports 7000 to 7999 TCP on my modem/router. It's a Netgear CBVG834G connected via Ethernet, and my ISP is Numericable. I specify that I have a 100M connection.
However, after accessing the configuration menu of my modem, I do not understand how to open the ports. If I understand correctly, I need to make my changes in "port forwarding," but how?? They ask for a name, should I put the name of the game? Where can I enter the AoC server address (IP: 208.82.194.1-12)? Should I open the ports one by one or globally? If someone could guide me through the steps, that would be great because Numericable is giving me the runaround, saying these settings are not their concern.... and I am not a network technician!! Thank you in advance!!!

Okay, but I don't see how to specify an IP address in the game configuration, unless I need to open the ports on my PC and on my router? If that's the case, I don't know how to open the ports on the PC...
As much as I understand hardware and system tweaks, I'm a newbie when it comes to networking since this is my first MMO!! :) -

I don't have the same router as you but the principle should be the same.
In the name, you can put whatever you want. For example: Age of Conan or Age_of_Conan
Then it should ask you for the first port and the last one. For example, 7000 -> 7999 -
