Bonjour,
salut a tous .Voici mon probleme monpc acer a 180 sous vista ,me fait attendre un maximum de temps quand je l'allume et est tres lent j'ai regarde dans l'observateur d'evenement et la il me dise plutot il me parle de virus avec comme id103 et le journal de solutions me dit que ce probleme n'est pas repertorie j'ai fait plein de scan avec spybot avec defender et neu et j'ai toujours un pc correcte alors si qlqn connait le meme pblme de me le faire savoir afin de regler cet inconvenient je vous remercie d'avance

Clique sur ce lien
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.
Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement
IMPORTANT
Rends toi sur ton PC ici "C:\ programme file\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe"<---clik droit sur ce dernier
et choisis "renommer" : tapes eden et valide . FAIRE AVANT TOUT LANCEMENT DE HIJACKTHIS

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"
Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]

S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"
--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.
quand tu demande une analyse, demande en mode sans échec.
Pourquoi en mode sans échec:
*Car déjà l'analyse cherche plus de fichiers en mode sans échec que en mode normal.

vraiment c'est avec plaisirs que je te reponds c'est la premiere fois depuis longtemps que je n'avais pas eu un pc qui va aussi vite .c'est pour ca que je tiens a te remercie de tout coeur .Par contre je n'ai pas reussi a lancer novilog j'ai toujours un message avec acces refuse.alors peut etre k la aussi il y a une astuce,si tu es toujours disponible, je voudrais k tu me donnes la signification du rapport k g colle afin de ne plus faire les memes erreurs,je t'en remercie d'avance a+ zirca

j'ai oublie que tu etait sous vista fait ceci stp
pour ne pas gener l outil de nettoyage
désactive le tea timer de spybot : seulement si tu utilise le logiciel
tuto désactiver le tea timer : http://www.safer-networking.org/fr/howto/disable.hs.html
ensuite :
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration.
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
- Clique sur Continuer.
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

1) Téléchargez l'outil de désinstallation Norton pour votre version de Windows.
-J'utilise Windows Vista/XP/2000. ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/francais/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe
-J'utilise Windows Me/98. ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/francais/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool_9x.exe
Enregistrez le fichier sur le bureau Windows.
2) Sur le bureau Windows, cliquez deux fois sur l'icône Norton Removal Tool.
3) Suivez les instructions à l’écran.
L'ordinateur pourra être redémarré plusieurs fois et vous serez peut-être invité à répéter certaines étapes après le redémarrage.
ensuite je te propose de remplacer avast par antivir qui est moins gourmand en ressources et plus fiable
tu est libre de choisir si tu accept fait ce qui suit plus bas
1)Télécharge Avira antivir
-- Télécharge Avira antivir PersonalEdition Classic a partir de ce lien :
https://www.avira.com/ sur ton Bureau.
-- Télécharge le désinstalleur d Avast sur ton Bureau https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility
2) Désinstallation d'avast!
Mets toi hors connexion, puis désinstalle avast! via Démarrer / Paramètres /Panneau de configuration et dans Ajout/ Suppression de programmes , navigue jusqu'à avast! et clique sur </gras>Supprimer</gras> puis choisis </gras>Désinstaller</gras>.
Redémarre ton PC comme demandé et supprime le dossier C:\Program Files\Alwils Software
Ou bien tu peux utiliser le désinstalleur d'avast! si tu préfères.
3) Installe et paramètre puis mets a jour Antivir
Double-clique sur son set up sur ton Bureau pour lancer l’installation.
Une fois celui ci installé,
Reconnecte toi afin d’ effectuer sa mise a jour et le paramétrer.
Ferme le scan qui s'est lancé de manière automatique.
