Mon PC ne reconnait plus mon I pod

Après avoir reconfiguré mon PC, j'ai téléchargé la dernière versin de itunes.problèmes: je n'ai plus de son sur mon Pc; et il ne reconnait plus mon i pod, rien ne s'affiche quand je le brancHe; merci à qui pourrait me conseiller
