ouverture de fichier AVI = Plantage Résolu

Question

bonjour.
J'ai des vidéos en format AVI sur mon PC et chaque fois que j'essaye de les ouvrir mon PC plante.

j'ai des fichiers téléchargés qui atterrissent dans un certain dossier. Quand j'ouvre ce dossier, si il s'ouvre, je clique sur le film que je veux voir et là, rien. Je suis obligé de faire ctrl+alt+sup pour pouvoir mettre fin à la tache, car mon programme apparait sans réponse.

J'ai essayé de les télécharger avec un autre programme et là le dossiers où sont entreposés ces fichiers ne s'ouvre qu'une fraction de seconde.

De plus, si je grave ces films en passant par nero, sur mon lecteur divx je n'ai pas de son. (alors qu'en cours de téléchargement dans l'aperçu du fichier j'en ai). Je ne peux pas contrôler si sur le film complet il y en a puisqu'il m'est impossible de les lire avec quelque soit le lecteur utilisé.

Sinon à savoir aussi c'est que les fois où mon dossier comportant ces films s'ouvre, je ne peux ni copier, ni déplacer, ni effacer mes fichiers AVI.

j'ai fait un scan complet avec antivir apparemment je n'ai pas de virus, mais au cas où, voilà le rapport.

j'ai un problème:
en mode sans échec, il refuse de s'ouvrir car il me demande un mot de passe.
Hors l'administrateur c'est moi et je n'ai pas de mot de passe :(

tout le pc en mode sans echec.

j'ai d'abord un écran noir, avec mode sans échec, mode sans echec avec prise en charge réseaux, puis d'autre choix.
et une fois que je choisi mode sans echec seul, j'arrive sur une pagenoire avec un encadré administrateur et une demande de mot de passe.
C'est là que ça coince: je n'ai pas de mot de passe :(

fais msnfix 

Télécharge MSNFix de Laurent 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

Décompresse-le et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important). 
- et double clic sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécute l'option R. 
--Si l'infection est détectée, sa te le marque en haut de la fenetre
exécute l'option N 
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum. 

Note : 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

alors je viens d'essayer, et toujours impossible à ouvrir: à chaque fois je suis obligé de faire ctrl+alt+sup, car le programme ne réponds pas :(

en fait j'ai même pas le choix, car a peine le dossier ouvert et un seul clic fait sur un fichier AVI, ça plante direct.

par contre j'ai ouvert VLC, et j'ai choisi un fichier, et là j'ai pu l'ouvrir. Par contre ils n'ont pas de son :(

autre chose encore, si je fais comme si je voulais graver un des fichiers AVI avec nero et que avant de la graver, je fasse lire (toujours avec nero), il me marque "internal error" et nero plante.

Rapport GenProc 2.100 [1] effectué le 24/09/2008 à 13:57:37,31 - Windows XP  

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
 
# Etape 1/ Télécharge :  
  
- Brute Force Uninstaller (Merijn) http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip et décompresse-le sur ton bureau. Fais un clic droit de souris sur ce lien : http://www.alt-shift-return.org/Info/Fichiers/Winsoftware.bfu et choisis "Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous" afin de télécharger le script WinSoftware.bfu que tu placeras à côté de l'icône en forme de boule noire dentée bfu.exe.

Double-clique sur le fichier BFU.exe en forme de boule noire dentée, sur ton bureau. Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, à la droite de la boîte "Scriptfile to execute", et double-clique sur le fichier Winsoftware.bfu qui devrait apparaître.
- Dans la boîte "Script to execute", tu devrais maintenant voir le chemin complet du fichier Winsoftware.bfu, clique sur "Execute" et laisse-le faire son travail. La réussite de l'opération sera obligatoirement sanctionnée par un message final "Complete script execution", si ce n'est pas le cas, il faudra le signaler. Clique sur OK, puis exit pour fermer le programme BFU.
Recommence encore une fois.

en fait, si tu veux, mais fichiers AVI sont dans un dossier et quand j'ouvre le dossier je ne peux plus rien faire. Encore et toujours :(
donc toujours ctrl+alt+sup: fin de tache car le dossier ne réponds pas :(

c'est possible, surtout que je n'avais pas de problèmes avant.
Donc ça coute rien d'essayer :)
je vais le virer ce dossier et je vais faire des essai avec un autre fichier. On verra ce que ça donne.

alors pour les nouvelles:
Après avoir réussis à virer toutes les saletés de mon PC il s'est avéré que ça ne fonctionnait toujours pas.
Après quelques recherche avec un ami, on s'est rendu compte que ça venait en fait d'un problème d'exécution.

J'explique:
il a fallu que j'aille sur mon poste de travail en faisant:
clic droit=>propriété=> avancée.
Là je suis allé dans:
Performance=>paramètre=>Prévention de l'exécution des données.
J'ai ensuite cocher: activer la prévention d'exécution des données pour tout les programmes et les services, sauf ceux que je sélectionne.
ensuite, j'ai fait:
ajouter et j'ai sélectionné l'explorateur windows.

Depuis, miracle ça fonctionne :)
