Portable toshiba tres lent sous vista 64

j'ai achete un portable Toshiba satellite U400 (core 2 duo 1.86 Ghz / 2 Go ram / 200 Go DD / vista home premium 64 bit) j'ai procede a l'optimisation (j'ai pratiquement tout vire et installer des softs plus legers, j'ai aussi nettoyer le systeme et enleve les services inutiles, etc) comme je fait d'habitude mais avec tout ca l'ordi est lent et surtout le disque dur n'arrete pas de swapper.
j'ai telecharger les logiciels a l'universite sur des stations pour le moins ultra securisees et aucun antivirus ou antispyware n'a rien trouve de suspect.
est-ce a cause de windows vista 64 ? (j'ai deja eu affaire a des pc de marque sous vista et moins puissants mais apres optimisation ils ont toujours recupere leur velocite) ou alors y a-t-il un genre de logiciels cache de chez toshiba qui fiche la pagaille ? comment savoir quel programme au juste cause cela ?
