Hello,
The scam called UK National Lottery, which we often heard about in 2007, is back. Probably in order to ride the wave of success of another scam, which is the so-called Microsoft lottery. Well, since these spams are starting to annoy me a bit (excuse my language lol), I decided to play their game by creating some fake win emails or fake sales, as is common in China, to learn a bit more about them and have some fun with them. So if you have addresses of scammers, fraudulent people, or others, feel free to send them to me, I would be delighted to play with their feet!

The proof that it’s a scam because supposedly both of us won, but we don't have the same contact person. Once I made them believe I was part of the GIGN fraud prevention unit, I didn’t hear from them again lol. However, since then, I’ve been receiving plenty of emails of the same kind! In my opinion, they sold my email address. Soon, I will post other fraudulent emails I receive (that don't end up in spam) on the forum so that others don't fall for it. In any case, we need to report this kind of email as phishing on Hotmail.

Hello, I also received a message stating that I won the UK NATIONAL LOTTERY, and I sent all my information, after which I was told to transfer an amount of £800 in order to obtain my CERTIFICATE OF BENEFICIAL OWNER. When I replied negatively to their EMAIL and predicted legal action against HSBC BANK, I received nothing more, so I assume it was just a scam. I advise anyone who can find a solution to dismantle this network to inform me so that I can participate because these kinds of swindlers hold my information and could use it for malicious purposes.

Attention, these scammers are mainly black individuals residing in England and Africa, originally from Benin and Burkina Faso. They are skilled at this kind of scam, so be careful. They go by names like Jacques, Richard, etc., but not their real names, except for one I recently discovered: Duvan Pierrot from Burkina Faso. Also, be cautious of anyone named Duvan, Claudine, etc.

Hello, add me to this long list and I think it will continue to grow. And it’s the same master (of scams and fraud) John Livingston. But fortunately, I immediately did some research online and there I understood the scam, especially by reading your messages. So the first lesson is to always be cautious and not to rush. Finally, don’t hesitate to do research online; you will always find the right answers.

Dear Winner,
Indeed all our statistics demonstrate that you are our winner, in accordance with the provisions, regulations, statutes, and laws of this institution, I ask you to carefully follow all the recommendations that I will provide you throughout this process in view of delivering your prize. Know that I now represent your interest here. Here is the procedure to follow to receive your prize.
I - HOW YOU WERE SELECTED?
In the notification sent to you by the NATIONAL LOTTERY UK, it was clearly stated the process by which you were chosen: Your email address linked to ticket number UK/4243347/221 was drawn by a computerized ballot system. You therefore did not participate directly. This system is a first innovation in the history of the lottery. And in accordance with articles 43 and 49 of the European treaty allowing any citizen of the European Union to promote, provide, and benefit from a service (including lotteries and gambling). We hereby certify that you have indeed been designated as the winner of the 2010 draw whose winning ticket number is UK/4243347/221. Therefore, you win the sum of £145,000.00 (GB Pounds) from the NATIONAL LOTTERY UK.
II - CONTEXT INVOLVED
In accordance with the laws, statutes, and international regulations concerning lotteries; We hereby declare that the information mentioned above is accurate:
- That the said funds do not result from the sale of hard drugs: i.e., cocaine, heroin, opium, or other related narcotics (medications).
- The funds mentioned above do not arise from money laundering nor from economic sabotage or any other act qualified as economic crime.
- As mentioned, these funds are of no dubious origin and are lottery funds used to promote its activities.
III - PROCEDURE
Given the numerous inconveniences that the NATIONAL LOTTERY UK has experienced in the past, the authorities of the NATIONAL LOTTERY UK in agreement with the 'Multi Gains' E-Lottery Syndicate System and the affiliated Bank authorities have decided to modify the procedure for delivering funds to the fortunate winners.
IV - OPENING YOUR FILE AT THE AFFILIATED BANK
You must first fill out a form that will allow me to identify you by providing necessary additional information about yourself. This form will allow us to open your file at the said Bank (MORGAN FINANCE Service Limited) and obligates this bank to transfer your prize to you by bank transfer; in your case, we would have to create an account that will be assigned to you or, if possible, carry out the transfer of funds to the account of a relative or a trusted person.
V - DELIVERY OF YOUR PRIZE
We inform you that our firm only handles the legal and administrative aspects related to this lottery. So after opening your winner's file and its deposit at the affiliated bank, the Operations Director of the said bank will proceed with the transfer of your funds. Once the form is completed, you will receive a Prize Certificate stating that you have indeed won and that you are the sole beneficiary of the sum of £145,000.00 (GB Pounds) from the NATIONAL LOTTERY UK.
We have already recorded cases of double claims on prizes. This is why, in order to best protect the interests of the winners and avoid unscrupulous individuals profiting at the expense of authentic beneficiaries; The lottery authorities have instructed me to tell you to keep your reference related to the winnings confidential and to remain discreet until you have received your prize. Any case of double claim will result in the outright cancellation of the prize.
VI – RECAPITULATION
1- You must print the Prize Form attached to this email.
2- Fill out and sign the Prize Form by hand
3- Return it to us by scanning a copy and attaching a scanned copy of any valid identification document
NB: This procedure usually takes only 7 working days at most after the opening of your file. You can also familiarize yourself with the statutes and regulations of the lottery.
Congratulations!

Kiamvu,
If you sent the form with your real identity, and if unfortunately you also attached a copy of your ID card, that's quite a hassle.
Because even if you are not involved in this crook's scheme, he will be able to use your identity (and the copy of your ID card) to scam other people.
The consequence is that you might one day find your name on this forum, as the name of a con artist who pretended to be you.
I therefore advise you, if that is the case, to file a report at the police station for "risk of identity theft." This could protect you in case there are complaints against your name.

I just received the same email as you. The same prize won but not the same amount (3rd prize) and not the same bailiff. I need to contact Mr. Jenkins Paul (P.jenkins@lawyer.com) to recover the winnings. With conditions, regulations, etc.... They did a great job, but it doesn't work with me. We are always tempted by that, but we can sense the scam too closely.

Hello,
I, the undersigned Master SEBASTIAN JAMES BARWICK, bailiff mandated by NATIONAL LOTTERY UK to oversee the distribution of winnings to various winners.
According to the provisions, regulations, statutes and laws of this institution, I kindly ask you to carefully follow all the instructions I will give you throughout this process for the delivery of your winnings. You should therefore know that I now represent your interests here. Here is the procedure to follow to receive your winnings.
I - HOW WERE YOU DRAWN?
In the notification we sent, it was clearly stated the process by which you were chosen: Your email address linked to the ticket number UK/4243347/221 was drawn by a computer ballot system. You did not participate directly. This system is a first innovation in the history of our lottery. III - PROCEDURE
Given the numerous inconveniences that NATIONAL LOTTERY UK has experienced in the past, the authorities of NATIONAL LOTTERY UK in agreement with the 'Multi Gains' E-Lottery Syndicate System and the affiliated Bank authorities decided to modify the procedure for delivering funds to the lucky winners.
IV - OPENING YOUR FILE AT THE AFFILIATED BANK
You must send me your personal information. This will allow me to identify you by providing additional necessary information about yourself. Your personal information will allow me to open your file at the Bank (HSBC BANK LONDON) and thereby engage this bank to transfer your winnings by bank transfer.
V - DELIVERY OF YOUR WINNINGS
We inform you that our firm only handles the legal and administrative aspects related to this lottery. I, the undersigned Master SEBASTIAN JAMES BARWICK, bailiff authorized by NATIONAL LOTTERY UK to oversee the distribution of winnings to various winners.
In accordance with the provisions, regulations, statutes, and laws of this institution, I ask you to strictly follow all the recommendations I will make throughout this process for the release of your winnings. You must therefore know that I now represent your interest here. Here is the procedure to follow to obtain your winnings.
I - HOW YOU WERE DRAWN?
In the notification that was sent, it was clearly stated the process by which you were chosen: Your email address linked to the ticket number UK/4243347/221 was drawn by a computerized ballot system. You did not participate directly. This system is a first innovation in the history of our lottery. In accordance with Articles 43 and 49 of the European Treaty allowing any citizen of the European Union to promote, provide, and benefit from a service (including lotteries and gambling). We certify by this present that you have indeed been designated as the winner of the draw of the 2009 edition, whose winning ticket number is UK/4243347/221. Thus, you win the sum of £200,000.00 (GB Pounds) from NATIONAL LOTTERY UK.
II - CONTEXT INVOLVED
In accordance with the laws, statutes, and international rules concerning lotteries. We hereby declare that the information mentioned above is accurate.
That the said funds do not come from the sale of hard drugs: namely cocaine, heroin, opium, or other related drugs (medications).
The funds mentioned above do not originate from money laundering nor from economic sabotage or any other act classified as economic crime.
As mentioned, these funds are not of dubious origin and are the lottery’s own funds used for the purposes of this promotion.
III - PROCEDURE
Given the numerous inconveniences that NATIONAL LOTTERY UK has encountered in the past, the authorities of NATIONAL LOTTERY UK, in conjunction with the 'Multi Gains' E-Lottery Syndicate System and the affiliated Bank authorities, have decided to modify the procedure for the distribution of funds to the lucky winners.
IV - OPENING YOUR FILE AT THE AFFILIATED BANK
You must send me your personal information. This will allow me to identify you by providing additional necessary information about yourself. Your personal information will allow me to open your file at the Bank (HSBC BANK LONDON) and automatically engage this bank to transfer your winnings to you via bank transfer.
V - RELEASE OF YOUR WINNING
We inform you that our office only takes care of the legal and administrative aspects related to this lottery. After opening your winner's file and submitting it to the affiliated bank, the Bank will proceed to transfer your funds. Once the form is filled out, you will receive a Winning Certificate confirming that you have indeed won and that you are the sole beneficiary of the sum of £200,000.00 (GB Pounds) from NATIONAL LOTTERY UK.
We have already recorded cases of double claims on prizes. This is why, in an effort to protect the interests of winners and prevent unscrupulous individuals from enriching themselves at the expense of genuine beneficiaries; the lottery authorities have instructed me to tell you to keep your winnings reference confidential and to remain discreet until you have possession of your winnings. As a case of double claiming leads to the outright cancellation of the prize.
VI – SUMMARY
In your reply to this message, you must send me your personal information as follows:
1- NAME and First Names
2- Physical Address
3- Mobile Phone Numbers
Then attach a scanned copy of a valid ID.
Note: This procedure lasts only 5 working days at most after opening your file. Please also familiarize yourself with the statutes and regulations of the lottery.
Here is my ID card.
Congratulations!
STUDY OF MASTER SEBASTIAN JAMES BARWICK.
