Hello,

Sometimes I receive emails and I forward them to several people, but then I get a message from the postmaster in English and I have to click to open a file, but I always click no.
I don't understand. What does it mean?

Hi, sorry for the delay, I'm having some computer issues as well at the moment. Maybe you have the old version of Hotmail. Take a look, you never know.

Yes, I already noticed that there was a name marked.
But before it didn't do that for me.
It has been doing it for a while.
And so why couldn't the message be sent?

Oh okay!
Well, actually I didn't have that problem either, and now it's happening to me often.
And on top of that, their thing is in English.
I only know that I have 2 contacts who changed their address, but I have their new MSN addresses.
Oh yeah, it's weird for you if your address is valid.
Uh yeah, I went online and I ended up here, but I'm going to keep searching.

Thanks to you.

Have a nice afternoon!

Thank you.

Otherwise, I have another question:

When I send an email, my last name is visible and I wanted to know if it was possible to do something so that my last name is not shown?

I tried searching in MSN under options and all that, but I couldn't find anything.

Do you know if it's possible?

Thank you.

Yes, I’m on Hotmail, but I don’t remember how to access the account...

Ah it's good, thank you, I found it and I got there, however, I no longer know how to do it when a problem is resolved.

In the top right, it says unresolved, before I could change it but now I can't...

Yes, I tried but we can't.
Too bad.
Yet it worked before.
Moreover, it’s annoying because every time I’m here, I get a pop-up ad.
Well, too bad, it's not a big deal.

Thanks again.

I wish you a good day!

Hi

Roydine, you told me to do the following but since I had a problem with my computer, MSN was reinstalled and I have to redo everything. The problem is that I can't find that option at the top right anymore, so I'm lost. If you or someone else can inform me and tell me how to make it so that when I send an email, only my first name appears and not my last name, please.

Thank you.

You go to Options (at the top right), then Other options... (at the bottom), Review and modify your personal information, it should ask you for your password there.
In the window that opens, on the right you have Current tasks, and you click on Modify your registration information, where you can remove your last name.
That's it, if you have a problem, don't hesitate, I'm online.

The postmaster means that the message could not be delivered to one of your contacts, the attachment usually provides the name of the concerned contact.

I don't know, it happens to me often too, and it's true that they attach more files than before, but it's not a big deal.
I think it might be that the address doesn't exist anymore or I don't know.
Messages even bounce back to my contacts when they send me emails, and yet my address is valid.
Have you checked online?

I'm going to see if it's possible, are you on Hotmail?

The only way to not display your last name is to completely remove it from your account. I just tried it, it works.

You go to Options (at the top right), then Other options... (at the bottom), Consult and modify your personal information, where it should ask you for your password.
In the window that will open, on the right you have Current tasks, and you click on Edit your registration information, where you can remove your last name.
There you go, if you have any issues, feel free to reach out, I'm online.
