The postmaster means that the message could not be delivered to one of your contacts, the attachment usually provides the name of the concerned contact.

The only way to not display your last name is to completely remove it from your account. I just tried it, it works.
You go to Options (at the top right), then Other options... (at the bottom), Consult and modify your personal information, where it should ask you for your password.
In the window that will open, on the right you have Current tasks, and you click on Edit your registration information, where you can remove your last name.
