Hidden files on my USB drive

Hello, I can no longer see some of my documents on my USB drive. The computer shows: 42 items, 9 hidden. It's probably those hidden files that I can't see anymore. How do I recover my hidden documents from my USB? Please help me, these are documents for my thesis. Thank you in advance.....

* Open the workstation
* Click on the tools menu at the top right, then folder options
* In the new window, click on the View tab at the top
* Check the box "Show hidden files"
* Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)"
* You will receive a message saying this may damage the system, ignore it.
* Open the workstation
* For each disk in the workstation: Right-click on the hard disk - [b]especially do not double-click on it!!![/b]
* Choose open from the dropdown menu.
* Look for a file named autorun.inf and files:
* If present, delete it by right-clicking and then selecting delete.
* Repeat the process for all disks located in the workstation.

Salut, ne t'inquiète pas, c'est très simple. Tu ouvres ta clé USB, puis tu vas dans l'onglet Outils et sélectionnes Options des dossiers. Ensuite, va dans l'onglet Affichage et coche "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés", puis décoche "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu". Puis décoche encore "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)". À ce moment, une page va s'ouvrir, et clique sur "Oui". Voilà, tout va s'afficher, et ensuite recoches tout si tu as terminé, pour ne pas que lorsque tu te balades sur ton PC, tous les fichiers cachés se montrent. Voilà, réponds-moi si tu as un problème ou pour me confirmer que ça a bien fonctionné. À+

have you ever reset your USB stick?
if yes, the documents are permanently deleted

Hello
open the tools menu, choose folder options, click on view, look for hidden files and folders, check show hidden files and folders.
Now hidden files are displayed.
