I subscribed to Akéonet in 2007 and I can assure you that the service works well. However, the only downside I would mention is the termination fees at the end of the contract. Additionally, if you go through Akéo, you will pay the subscription to France Télécom on top of that, which adds up quite a bit overall!!

I am with akeonet and I pay €29.99 per month, that's all. I don't pay for a France Telecom subscription. It depends on your line, you just need to go to the website to test your line. Hello, you can trust Akeonet. I've been with them since I got internet, so about 3 years, and I've never had any network issues. Once, I blocked my access myself when I first got my computer; I called them, they took my request and called me back within 15 minutes. They directly helped me unlock my computer, and it was indeed me who had blocked it. This week, I contacted my liaison agent in my area to ask him to set up the Wi-Fi system for me, and I will have an answer next week. I will have Akéonet on January 1st and I am on total unbundling, so I will only pay 29.90 per month while I am leaving Orange for the same speed at 39.90 plus the live box at 3 euros, so do the math, I save 13 euros monthly. Moreover, I would like to give a shout out to the person who says that cancellation fees are high. If you change your ISP, the future one can cover these fees (57 euros), which isn’t high when you consider that for some it’s 45 euros (with a subscription) or even 93 euros. Do your calculations? I am a distributor at Akeo, and it’s not a scam at all. I was afraid at first, but it's the opposite – we can work however we want or together, it’s great. We are free to do what we want, and the remuneration depends solely on our work. I have the landline for €29.90 (ADSL, TV, AB, unlimited calls), I also have mobile services and recently electricity. Hello,  I personally have an Akeo subscription for my internet and I'm very happy with it.  As for Orange, I won’t go into details, but when it comes to both technical and commercial issues, there's no better option for having problems.  I'm happy with Akeo because not only do I benefit from very good high-speed internet while saving money on my bills. Indeed, Akeo offers me shopping vouchers worth 4% of my bill every month, which allows me to order Akeo products on their website (Akeo doesn't just do internet, but also mobile, telecom, beauty products, clothing, lingerie, and many others).  Moreover, if you refer someone, you will receive 4% of the amount of your referrals' bills and 8% of the amounts of your referrals' referrals’ bills. No need to say that over time, this will only improve your purchasing power.  Additionally, when you sign up for Akeo, they reimburse your termination fees (doubled) from your old provider in the form of gift vouchers and give you two welcome shopping vouchers of €15 each.  With the Akeo offer, you benefit from full unbundling (no need to pay the France Telecom subscription), included calls to many foreign landlines, television, and a digital recorder integrated into the television modem. I'm sorry that your mother's distributor is not serious at all, but we shouldn't make a majority out of a single example and insult people for that.  Akeo has a non-premium number which is 02.32.77.27.77. Advise her to call them, they will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Just know that AKEONET hasn't invented anything... AKEONET merged with NEUF TELECOM... so it's the same modem as NEUF, etc...  I have AKEONET at home and everything works very, very well. Much better than ORANGE (which I had for 2 years) and far better than FREE (if it breaks down, you won't be getting out of that mess with Free)  I am a former distributor at AKEO, I don't have any stake in their company anymore, but in any case, I don't want to change providers. The only thing I complain about is that downloading and talking on the phone at the same time becomes very complicated. Calls are choppy, really not very clear...  but since downloading is prohibited, it doesn't pose any problem anymore  Regards
