Pb de fenêtre qui s'ouvre dès le démarrage

Bonjour,
j'ai suivi vos instruction car moi aussi j'ai un message qui s'affiche me demandant d'insérer le disk status, que je ne trouve pas bien sûr, cela depuis que j'ai effacé pas mal de fichiers peut être même trop....donc je vous envoie le rapport de scan merci de m'aider...
