Bonjour,
Je suis néophite en informatique
Mon ordinateur sous Vista est infecté par deux prblèmes
présence d'un Zlob.P0rn.ad
demande d'ouverture permanente de MS antivirus.
Comment puis je résoudre ces problèmes?
NOD 32 m'a mis des fichiers en quarantaire mais ne me donne pas la possibilité de les supprimer.
Dois je m'équiper d'un spyware , si oui lequel?
J'ai bien noté dans mes recherches WEb que MS antivirus est un anti logiciel espoins

fais ceci :
Télécharge ici :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
[*]Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
[*]Clique [b]Continue[/b] à l'écran [i]Disclaimer[/i].
[*]Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, [color="blue"][b]RSIT[/b][/color] le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
[*]Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de [b]log.txt[/b] (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de [b]info.txt[/b] (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
[*][u]NB :[/u] Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Ouvre ce lien (merci a S!RI pour ce programme). http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
et télécharge SmitfraudFix.exe.
Regarde le tuto
Exécute le en choisissant l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.
Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Bonsoir,
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Relance le programme Smitfraud,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé dans ta réponse.
Si nécessaire, va en mode sans échec pour faire ça.
télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et enregistre le sur le Bureau.
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions
à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt
réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je viens d'enregister Combofix sur mon bureau
Juste une petite précision par rapport au tutorial Combofix, celui ci nous demande une installlation de la console et récupération sur la disque, dois je faire cette étape? ou action direct combox.exe
Pour info l'opération 2 de SMITFRAUD a fait "disparaître" l'ouverture MS antivirus 2008 et les raccourci bureau qui s'affichait en permanence.
NOD 32 ne me remonte pas de problème.
En tout cas, Ta démarche de résolution des problèmes est : claire, précise, didactique : professionnel !!!
