a.exe : Toujours le même soucis

Question

Bonsoir ! J'ai déjà posté un message concernant un problème avec le fichier a.exe. Je pensais l'affaire résolue mais en réalité cette saleté est toujours sur mon ordinateur.

Alors je ré-éxplique, voilà ce qu'il se passe, dans l'ordre :
- Une fenetre pop up s'affiche (scratch2cash)
- quelques temps apres, mon pare feu windows me demande a.exe : débloquer ou maintenir le blocage. Je fais donc maintenir, et cela me débranche automatiquement mon pare-feu windows.
- avast ne detecte evidemment rien, avg antispyware c'est pareil, seul Spybot S&D me dit qu'il s'agit de : smitfraud-c.gb
Je supprime donc le fameux fichier a.exe (qui se trouve dans system 32) et au bout d'un jour : rebelotte.
Je ne sais pas quoi faire pour me débarasser de ca.
Une fois le fichier a.Exe supprimé, j'ai beau scanné mon pc avec avast, avg et spybot, rien n'est detecté !!!!

Salut,

- Télécharge SmitfraudFix (de de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31) : 
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe ou http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/6-smitfraudfix/ 

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée

- Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

[*] process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un risktool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.[*]

** Ne fais l'étape 2 que si on te le demande, on doit d'abord examiner le premier rapport de SmitfraudFix

J'avais deja lu ce post mais il ne m'avait pas trop aidée. Comme je ne m'y connais pas énormément en matiere de virus, je ne comprend pas les rapports hijackthis.

Tu as encore des problemes ??!!

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) à cette adresse : 

(c est le numéro 5 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

et enregistre le sur le Bureau. 

  
désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

Tu sais Redbart, j ai toujours utilisé le pare feu de windows et je n ai jamais eu de gros virus...il faut juste éviter d aller sur des sites un peu illicites et ne pas télécharger n importe quoi..Et ne pas cliquer sur n importe quoi non plus

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié. 
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.) 
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt. 

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix, 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide. 

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal! 

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. 

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis. 

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

J'ai le même problème sur mon PC avec a.exe et 11.tmp qui se lancent à chaque démarrage. Pouvez vous m'indiquer la marche à suivre et le logiciel de log que vous préferez si c'est nécessaire.

Salut à tous !
Juste pour vous prévenir que j'ai utilisé a squared en suivant la procédure du tutorial, et qu'il n'a rien trouvé (ce qui est rassurant quand même ^^). Sinon j'ai utilisé le petit programme CCleaner (une petite merveille gratuite qui me fait penser à system Mechanic, en moins complet mais super efficace et gratuit :) ), et je n'ai plus aucun problème avec a.exe et 11.tmp.
Faites attention, le site cleanersoft.net, qui est affiché à la manière d'un site officiel par google (1er nom trouvé surligné en jaune) est un fake, le fichier à télécharger est un .exe.exe, et heureusement mon antivirus s'est affolé... Sans faire de la pub il y a des sites officiels regroupant le téléchargement de plein de logiciels intéressants qui sont plus dignes de confiance^^.
