Besoin d'aide : pc infecté par malware, MS AV

Bonjour,
Je tiens tout d'abord à remercier ceux et celles qui prendront la peine de me lire, et si possible pourront m'aider.

Voilà, j'ai attrapé microsoft antivirus (2008 semble-t-il) et un/des malware(s) en plus d'avoir des icônes de sites de cul (soyons francs) qui reviennent sur mon bureau. A chaque démarrage j'ai 2 croix rouges (security error! et error! chek connection!) et 2 triangles jaunes (attn! attack detected! et attn! low performance!) qui restent dans ma barre des taches.
J'ai déjà vu que ce problème avait été traité plusieurs fois sur ce forum mais j'aimerais, si c'était possible, un diagonostique.

J'ai déjà installé, suite aux différentes interventions ci et là :
- Hijackthis
- Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
- Navilog1

Accessoirement j'ai comme anti-virus McAffe, ai Ccleaner, et viens de rajouter Ad-aware (même si tout les trois se révelent actuellement insuffisant pour éradiquer mon problème).

Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il-vous-plait ? (j'avoue avoir surtout peur de l'utilisation de Navilog1 sans avis compétent...)

    I just fought this and won.

    In taskmanager, stop the YUR programs, MSA, and sysaxo.exe. Also I had a file of just numbers - 1239632.exe, or something like that. stop that.

    Go to System32 and delete these files
    Go to system and delete the 1239... file
    Go to program files and delete the MSA folder
    If you have trouble finding the files, Run MSCONFIG and get the path from the startup tab. If your haviing trouble deleting the files, deselect them in the startup tab, and reboot.

    Open the registry, do a search on those names (sysaxo,MSA etc.) and delete them. They will appear several times.

    Reboot several times if necessary.

      I'm responding to what you posted about microsoft XP 2008 virus/trojan/malware whatever. I don't know if this was mentioned in the forum because my french is very limited to a few politnesses, and a few not so polite. I did what you did so far to get rid of it because I'm reluctant to connect to the internet as long as it's in there since I don't know what it's doing. The thing is the sysaxo is still showing up in my start up processes under msconfig. I turned it off but the fact that it's still there tells me it's still in the system, probably doing something. I'm assuming it's under a different name that I haven't found yet because I turned off system restore before I deleted the files with the names that I have. When I follow the file path, there's nothing there, when I search for sysaxo in system, it doesn't show up, but it sits there under start up processes. Any help you can provide is highly appreciated since I've been dealing with this for over a week now.

    Bonjour,
    Je n'ai plus de poste de travail, plus accès a mes disque C et D et antivirus ms qui n'arrète pas de s'ouvrir l'analyse ad aware se bloque à la moitié.
    Je ne sais plus quoi faire je vous en pris si quelqu'un peut m'aider en me consacrant un peu de son temps? Merci d'avance

    Télécharges Malwarebyte's à l'adresse ci-dessous :

    1) Redémarres en mode sans échec. Pour cela, tapotes F8 au démarrage, avant que le logo de windows n'apparaisse.
    2) Fais un scan complet, et supprimes tout ce qu'il te trouve.
    3) Sauvegardes le résultat (à la fin du scan, l'option "afficher le résultat", apparait).
    4) Lorsque tu as fini ça, refais un log hijackthis et post-le à la suite du résultat de Malwarebyte's.

    euh...Zangetsu ?
    Le post précédent ton dernier (celui de "Art" en anglais pour faire court) me fait un petit peu peur, ca a l'air trash comme méthode...A raison ?
    Pour l'instant je suis ta méthode (même si j'avoue que à mon avis je ne posterais pas avant demain, ou plutot tout à l'heure, parce que en safe boot mon pc en est déjà à plus de 3h 30 avec Malwarebytes, et il a pas encore fait le disque D....).
    D'ailleurs à ce sujet, concernant le "safe boot", je n'ai pas choisi le mode Administrateur. Ai-je fait une erreur ? (pour ne pas dire connerie monumentale ? pour changer, je sais ;).

    p.s. : "Art", je te remercie pour ta méthode mais je ne l'utiliserais pas, trop peur des conséquences d'actes imprudents avec "regedit". Mais merci quand même.

    Non non tu fais tout bien dans les règles. J'attends juste que tu aies fini.

    Ne suis pas ce que Art a dit. Ca sent le copier/coller, et bon, je dis pas que c'est faux, mais faut essayer de faire le moins de truc possible "manuellement". Parce que manuellement tu ne supprimes pas toujours "tout" ce qu'il faut, alors que le pc ainsi que les programmes sont dédiés exprès pour les virus donc si ils sont créés ce n'est pas pour rien.

    N'écoute pas ceux qui font ça à l'arrache. Dans l'informatique si tu fonces tête baissée tu vas droit au mur.

    Télécharges Easy Cleaner :

    Tu le lances et tu fais ceci :

    1) Cliques sur registre, tu fais "trouver", tu supprimes tout.
    2) Tu reviens au menu en appuyant sur "fermer"
    3) Cliques sur "vider cookies"
    4) Cliques sur "vider historique"
    5) Cliques sur "document" (peut prendre du temps parfois)
    6) Cliques sur "vides des fichiers"
    7) Cliques sur "démarrage", tu sélectionnes les clé Jaune et/ou Rouge et tu les supprimes
    8) Tu reviens au menu en appuyant sur "fermer"
    9) Cliques sur inutiles, choisis les lecteurs, coches toutes les petites case, tu fais "trouver", tu attends puis tu supprimes tout. ATENTION : lors de la suppression tu dois attendre qu'il te dise une erreur, (c'est normal car certains fichiers sont utilisés), pour revenir au menu, et fermer.
    10) Ensuite, vides ta corbeille si tu le dois.

    Télécharges AusLogics Disk Defrag et AusLogics Registry Defrag :

    1) Lances AusLogics Disk Defrag et défragmentes (tu choisis ton lecteur puis tu fais Next et tu attends)
    2) Quand tu as fini tout les lecteurs, tu peux le fermer.
    3) Lances AusLogics Registry Defrag et fais next, il y aura un avertissement mais c'est pour te prévenir que tu devras probablement redémarrer.

    J'ai fait Easycleaner mais pour AusLogics Disk Defrag je me demande si je ne devrais pas mieux défragmenter avec le Windows ?
    Attention, je ne remets pas du tout en cause tes conseils,( loin de là !, ne te méprends pas), mais pourquoi ne pas utiliser le défragmenteur de windows qui effectues dabord une analyse ?
