Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps, mon ami a un problème avec son PC (portable Easy Note , acheté en juillet 2008, vista, carte graphique nvidia GeForce 8600MGT). Très souvent (toutes les 5min en ce moment), le PC redémarre sur un écran bleu quoiqu'il fasse: naviguer sur internet, désinstaller des trucs, ne rien faire, et parfois même avant le bureau. On a passé l'antivirus et spybot (mis à jour tous les deux) et ils n'ont rien trouvé.

Que faire? Merci d'avance

    ouai il faut formater le pc en demarrant du cd rom est en formatagé ntfs rapide est voila sa iras tout bien avais vous un cd kan il a acheter le pc

    Euh y'a pas d'autres options que le formatage? Et puis c'est sur que ça va refaire marcher, parce que ça nous amuse pas trop de tout formater si ça ne résout pas le probleme....

    pa besoin. j'avais un blème avec un écran bleu au démarrage de mon pc. le bureau ne s'affichais qu'as moitié. puis message d'erreur... au début j'avais les couics puis j'ai eu une super idée. la réstauration système. je l'ai fait en passant par le mode sans échec, j'ai l'ai réglée pour que ca me le mette avant le fichier qui ma planté mon pc, pour que ca le supprime (je ne pouvais pas le désinstaller en mode sans échec), puis redemarrage. ram 1 peu la première fois puis après, nickel. bonne chance pour la suite...

    La restauration a évidemment été faite avant de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre. Et le PC est déjà parti en réparation.
