Hello,
I really need a lot of help please because I am at saturation point due to the MP4s and my computer.
This is the second MP4 I've bought and my computer doesn't recognize them, I plug in my MP4 and it charges but my computer acts like nothing happened, it doesn't respond. So I can't put songs on it because, for my computer, my MP4 doesn't exist!!!! I've tried all the tricks: discovering hidden files; ........ . But to no avail...
If you find my problem, you would be my savior because this story has seriously been getting on my nerves, it's been dragging on since May!!!!!!!
please please please please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS: give me all your smallest ideas!!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU very much in advance!!!

Hi
if this is detected, there should be a new hard drive in the workstation.-
Hello, actually it just makes a small noise when I connect my mp3/mp4 but that's it. However, when I connect my USB stick, it works fine, the window opens, all that. But when it's my mp3/mp4, nothing opens. But there's something weird: when I go to the Device Manager, my mp3/mp4 is there, and I right click, then go to properties and click on the general tab, it says that no driver is installed for this device. It’s as if my mp3/mp4 isn't on my computer, and this message only appears when it's plugged in.
Thank you for getting back to me. -

I also had the same problem with my mp4, then I changed the USB cable and it worked, so I advise you to buy a new USB cable and it will work.

I also have the same problem when I connect my mp3/mp4, no window appears to import music and it's annoying, but I checked in the device manager and when I connect it, my mp3/mp4 device appears in the manager but no window shows up.
Thank you for responding. -
