"Alt + Shift" does not switch azerty/qwerty

Question

Hello,

As stated in the title, I am reaching out because despite my relentless efforts (if this continues, the keys are going to give out) and sweet words to my keyboard, it won't switch from azerty/qwerty :(

Please, save a keyboard from an arbitrary death, help me :(

Hi,
right-click on the taskbar, toolbars -> language bar (it needs to be checked). Then right-click on FR, still in the taskbar -> settings. In installed services, click on add and then add EN to be able to switch between AZERTY and QWERTY.

ouch, new problem: I don't have "language bar" or anything that rhymes with "language" in the toolbar tab :s I can feel that this is going to be complicated again -_-

I can still add a toolbar, but it asks me to find the .exe, which I wouldn't know how to do.

The choice of language, and the configuration of the language bar, can be done from: Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages
