Pb virus srosa.sys et autres

Bonjour,

je suis assez novice en terme de suppression de virus...
Je vous explique mon problème.
A ce que j'ai lu dans les différents forums, j'aurais téléchargé un fichier emule infecté hier sur mon pc portable.

Depuis,avast ne se lance plus,mon pc est très lent et je ne peux plus me connecter à internet(Windows ne peut pas configurer cette connexion sans fil)

J'ai testé différents logiciels comme
elibagle : il m'a trouvé et supprimé deux bagle
Anti spyware....
Depuis j'arrive à lancer Avast et ccleaner même si avast ne se lance pas automatiquement à l'ouverture de mon pc.Mon pc est un peu plus rapide mais je ne peux toujours pas me connecter à internet.
J'ai donc installé et exécuté combofix qui me détecte divers problèmes mais je ne comprends pas tout.
J'ai lu qu'il ne fallait pas poster dès le premier post un rapport donc je ne le fais pas.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider s'il vous plait?

refais un scan combofix et post le rapport stp

j'avais supprimé nod32 ce matin car je pensais qu'il pouvait interférer avec la suppression de downld mais je vais le réinstaller si tu penses que tout est bon

Peux tu me conseiller des logiciels qui m'assureront une protection efficace.

essai ça :

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu

Puis fais «appliquer» pour valider les changements.

Et OK

trouve et supprime : C:\Windows\System32\drivers\downld

redémarre et réitère le scan malewarebyte

Télécharge OAD http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau

Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer

- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de :

downld

- Type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide

OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ait terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à l’écran dès qu'il aura terminé.

- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.

Note importante : Suivant la taille des disques durs cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes. Sois patient

* Télécharge OTMoveIt2 (de Old_Timer) sur ton bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe

n´y touche pas

redemarre en mode sans echec:

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.

Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Note : en mode sans echec tu n´auras plus acces au net alors imprime ou copie les instructions ci dessous dans un fichier texte que tu pourras consulter a souhait
une fois en mode sans echec.


Fix.reg

Ouvre le bloc-notes (click droit sur le bureau > dans l´arborescence choisie nouveau et nouveau fichier texte) et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait-sans les barres(x)) :

Note : Regedit4 est sur la premiere ligne dans le bloc note et il y a une ligne blanche a la fin.
Puis click sur "fichier"/"enregistrer sous" :
dans : sur le bureau
Nom du fichier : fix.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
clique sur "enregistrer"

ca doit ressembler a ca une fois enrregistré :

double clique sur fix.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"

* Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour lancer le programme,
* Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Custom List of Files/Folders to Move" :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\downld
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Application Data\m\

* Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression,
* Le résultat appraraîtra dans le cadre Results.
* Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
* Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
* Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.

Redemarre normalement et post le rapport de ot_move it ici stp ainsi qu´un nouveau rapport FindB
