Hello, I had the same problem.. then I got angry that no one could help me.. my computer is a 64-bit and I have 2 Internet Explorers on the hard drive; one Internet Explorer 8 (64-bit) and one Internet Explorer 8! You always have to go on Internet Explorer 8 and then you can check whatever you want! because the other one (Internet Explorer 8 (64-bit)) blocks all the videos, and even if you download Adobe Player, you can't watch the videos.
