Ou télécharger base virale nouvelle antivir

Bonjour,
Savez-vous comment faire pour que mon antivirus télécharge les nouvelles mises à jour de sa base de données virale (j'ai antivir) , car a chaque fois que j'ordonne a mon programme de faire cette mise à jour il me répond 'internet connexion failed" mince çà échoue tout le temps sauf la 1ere fois ou j'ai installé le programme où ca avait bien marché.
Je suis allée sur le site de malakal mais il ne propose aucunes solutions à mon problème.
Aidez-moi s'il vous plaît c'est très urgent vu que ca fait 4 jours qu'il n'a pas été mis à jour, merci d'avance.

ps: ma connexion internet est orange (si ca peut vous aider)

    As tu essayé de réinstaller Antivir ?

    PS : Si tu ne peux pas mettre Antivir à jour en ligne :
    1°/ Installer Antivir hors ligne : https://forum.zebulon.fr/index.php?automodule=blog&blogid=284&showentry=578
    2°/ Pour télécharger la base antivirale d'Antivir : http://dl.antivir.de/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip

    Ensuite,
    on va vérifier un truc :
    >Télécharge HiJackThis : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/
    - Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
    - Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
    Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

    Oh merci INFINIMENT DllD , non je n'ai pas pensé a réinstaller antivir car je pensais que le problème vient soit de mon parefeu soit alors de ma connection internet.
    Bon j'vais tout de meme essayer...
    Pour hijack j'ai déjà le logiciel je ferais un rapport dans les minutes qui viennent

    Ouf ^^ Je suis rassurée !! Parce que je suis souvent hélas la cible de virus même si je ne vais pas dans des sites sensibles ça fait du bien de ne rien avoir . Je reviens il faut que je désinstalle et que je réinstalle mon parefeu pour avoir le mode "basic firewall" alors que j'ai laissé sur "advanced " Merci encore une fois pour ton aide
    Je reviens d'ici quelques petites minutes.

      Si tu veux on fera un scanne en ligne ensuite pour être sûr.
