Hello,

I have a little problem, my EXTEL 1322 E PRO or 1322 S PRO keypad no longer recognizes my entry code.
I had a power outage for about 5 hours, but it's supposed to retain it in memory.
Does anyone have the user manual or the procedure to reprogram a new code?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Press ENTER, then cut the power for 10 seconds
    Restore power and release the ENTER button
    the keyboard will then have no code.
    press 8X on 1, enter the master code, and then the new access code
