Bonjour,
Sur le PC de mon père il y a un fichier dbx (outlook express je crois) de 30Mo reproduit plus de 500 fois...
Il m'est impossible de l'effacer (nom trop long), de le renommer...
Est-ce que quelqu'un serait capable de me dire comment supprimer de cet ordi ces foutus fichiers.
Pour info, ce PC ne dispose plus d'outlook express, ces fichiers proviennet du transfert des données d'un ancien précédent. Il bloque les analyse de l'anti virus et prend un espace considérable (+ de 15Go).

tu va telecharger Ccleaner http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):
ouvre "Ccleaner" vas dans l'onglet "Option" puis "Avancé" puis décoches "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures."
. Puis vas dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" fais "Analyse" puis "Lancer le nettoyage".
Puis vas dans l'onglet "Registre" puis fait "Chercher des erreurs" puis "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnée"
. Tu refais tous ca 4-5 fois (le nettoyage et le registre).
Puis reste dans "Ccleaner" puis va dans "Option" puis "Propriété" puis coches "Nettoyer automatiquement l'ordinateur au démarrage".

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.
ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en Cçm.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Merci pour ces conseils... je t'avouerai que je n'ai pas tout compris au sujet de Hijack... quoiqu'il en soit, j'ai fait un scan et ci dessous, le rapport (pour moi, c'est du chinois).

telecharge malwarbyte http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware a l'intallation verifie que mise a jour et lançer program et scan complet sont bien cocher
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
A la fin du scan clique sur Afficher les résultats
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection ou supprimer tout
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"
Et tu poste le raport generer
et on attendant une reponse tu peut refaire un scan malwarbyte mais on mode sans echec car beaucoup plus efficace

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié dans C:\. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec
• Choisis ton compte.
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour le lancer
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

Bonjour,
J'ai suivi les indications mais je n'ai pas réussi à lancer "RunThis.bat". Il ne se passe rien, une fenêtre dos s'ouvre et se ferme immédiatement puis, plus rien... J'ai essayé de réinstaller SDfix, de lancer le machin en mode "normal" mais rien n'y fait, aucun résultat... Y-a-t-il un autre outil me permettant d'obtenir les mêmes résultats ?

j'ai aussi essayé en mode sans échec mais il ne s'est rien passé... une fenêtre dos apparait et disparait aussitôt... puis plus rien !!!

fais msnfix a la place de sdfix c normal je vient de voir que tu etait sous vista j'avait zapper
Télécharge MSNFix de Laurent

Décompresse-le et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important).
- et double clic sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécute l'option R.
--Si l'infection est détectée, sa te le marque en haut de la fenetre
exécute l'option N
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum.
Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

Après verif, il semblerait que mon père ait "windows live onecare"... il avait norton mais il vient de le virer à cause de gros pb de lenteur lié à sa présece.

quand j'ai lancé le hijack, j'ai eu un message d'erreur (j'en ai oublié la teneur) mais le scan a tout de même tourné... c'est peut-être lié à celà. Je relance un hijack ?

J'ai téléchargé l'outil que tu m'as conseillé et j'ai réussi à envoyer le repertoire de 15Go à la corbeille et j'ai réussi à vider la corbeille... Donc à priori, le problème est résolu... Du coup et grâce à ton aide, je suis devenu un demi dieu chez mes parents, une icone vénérée et chérie par tout un peuple, la médaille d'or de l'informatique !!!

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

puis Recherche
et sur Suppression
Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :
CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"
Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau
